Aways wonderful service in my years dealing with Joe Morgan Honda. I've never had any issues and will be a loyal customer in the future. In my opinion, Honda is the best!

My brakes were squealing and I needed an oil change so I took my car into Joe Morgan Honda for service. Laura waited on me and she understood my concern. She text me and call to let me know they were concerned with the low tread on tires since we are going into winter and after all they have over 66,000 miles on them! She explained what tires were recommended and the cost. I’ve never had a bad experience at Joe Morgan Honda. This is the second Honda Accord that I have bought from them and I’m sure it isn’t the last!

People always friendly and helpful. Someone always follows up to ensure I had a good experience including the service Managers name and phone number in case there was a problem.

The staff is nice, but you can't make appointments for maintenance service, it's first come, first served so the wait to get an oil change is a few minutes short of eternity. The recall appointments are months out right now. Their service is just awful.

Always take my car for service to this dealership and have never been disappointed yet. Everyone always pleasant and willing to help. Good waiting area.

I have never had an issue with servicing my vehicle here. As my Pilot ages I may take it to non-dealership centers but it would be hard to come close to the level of service from the Joe Morgan Honda staff.

Beth Troup, saleswoman, was very helpful, knowledgeable, genuinely interested in our concerns and answered all our questions. Easily the best salesperson I every dealt with and I'm 74 and a car guy. Mike the sales manager was also 100% on point with paperwork and finance. I wish I'd gone there with my last car purchase, but I was new to the area and not up on where to shop. Now I am.
