Bad customer service

I would give 0 rating if I could, specifically because this is a BMW and I expect exceptional service from them. I bought my certified pre-owned BMW car from this dealer and it has been OVER 4 months that I have not received spare key for the car or the licence plates. I called up number of times and they keep promising in few weeks but that never happens. Really BMW? Do I have to follow up so much on such simple stuff? This is surely not the customer service I expected from a BMW dealer! Also, they were supposed to offer me a tire warranty when i bought the car. That is BMW policy as per another dealer. But they didnt offer any. I tried calling the finance dept to double check that and request more info on it, I left a voice mail and no one has called back till now. I ended up paying 400$ for changing my car rear tire instead of a 50$ deductible because of their shoddy paper work and screw up. I am never going to go back to this dealer or recommend anyone to them anymore.

Complete Lack of Customer Service

This dealer has a complete lack of respect for their customers. They take exceptionally long to return phone calls have a general unwillingness to work with customers. It is nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone who can actually make a decision, and by that time it is too late and the vehicle you are looking to purchase is sold. I do not recommend this dealer to anyone that does not have the patience to deal with slow, disrespectful employees. I called with the exact vehicle to purchase, negotiated a price, and asked to proceed with the documentation to buy the vehicle. I was literally trying to give them my business and essentially rejected by their slow sales team. It was hours before I heard back from the dealer, and in that time the vehicle was sold to someone else who walked in off the street. Oh well, the dealer made the sale anyway to another individual, guess they win in the end. On to the next horrible BMW dealership experience.

Great experience!

My first BMW and everything about experience was fantastic! Rex made sure I understood all features of car and spent a lot of time with me finding the right fit. He then found me the car I wanted in payment I wanted. Leading it was a breeze, best experience with this aspect I've ever had.

Amazing deal and easy purchase experience

Thank you Mckenna BMW for offering this amazing deal on my 328i. Thank you James Guan, my sales at Mckenna, for making my no hassle purchase experience on my car. He is very honest and professional and the irresistible deal in SoCal. I often shop at different BMW and Mercedes dealership and Mercedes and this was the easiest negotiation on the sale price ever. It was smooth purchase and informative to go through the car functions. Also the BMW driving event that they offer to test out 3,4,5,6 series and i3 was enjoyable. The event guest can push the car to the limit at the autocross course. Once again thank you for the team and the service. I will definitely refer my friends and family to this dealership.

Best car buying experience I've ever had!

I purchased my car from McKenna back about 4 months ago - first off, it was such a wonderful car buying experience and I was able to step off the lot with my dream car. But the thing that stood out to me most was actually from today. They had said they'd pay my registration for the upcoming year since there was only about 3 months left until the renewal registration was due - I received a bill for the registration from the DMV, so I just decided to pay it because I didn't want the price to continue to increase the later it got. I didn't mind, I was still so pleased with my car that this wasn't a huge deal. I got home today and had a check sitting in the mail from McKenna refunding the amount I had paid the DMV. I hadn't called them to complain and I'm sure a lot of other dealerships would just let it go, but McKenna went the extra mile and mailed me a check for it. If that's not customer service, I don't know what is! I will purchase every car from now on at McKenna - it was without a doubt a 5 star experience!

Great Experience w/ Service Advisor Charlie

This is my review about my experience w/ SA Charlie & how he came through for me. So roughly 5-6 months ago my car fell out of warranty & I recently noticed how my windshield molding/trim was cracking & needed to be replaced. I was in a hurry cuz I didn't want anything potential going into my engine bay & possibly damaging my engine so I reached out to Charlie who was a stranger to me at the time & just like that Charlie told me he could help me out & it'll STILL be covered under my warranty! How great is that?! So I came by the next day; they had parts in stock & didn't even have to wait long! I'm very pleased how Charlie came through for me as I imagine he would w/ anyone else. He's very professional, very knowledge & very respectful person. Highly recommend him for any service needs!

McKenna Beat all Competing Deals

Was in interested in purchasing a brand new BMW 7 Series, M Sport edition. I saw an auto brokers ad on Instagram and upon speaking to them, received a very reasonable lease offer. Being that I like to deal with the dealership directly, I called McKenna as I had previously purchased cars through them. Garrett, the internet sales associate proceeded to help me. Explained the situation and to make a long story short, he was able to get me into the same optioned car for $400 less than the broker. Being a busy professional, he had me in and out within 1.5-2 hours as I had already submitted my credit app. and everything as ready upon my arrival. I recommend that you see Garrett Peterson at McKenna if you are looking for a new BMW and want a quick and headache free transaction.

My Mckenna experience

Recently purchased a car from Mckenna, Garrett Peterson, was our client adviser. He was friendly and he gave me an amazing deal.Best car buying experience ever(Trust me I shopped around). Ask for Tony Pham :)

After surveying websites and calling dealerships about the availability of i3s, we learned that the 2014s were going fast since the arrival of the 2015s! Not only did McKenna had the model and specs we were looking for, Tony gave us an excellent deal -- he beat the deal that Beverly Hills had offered. Aside from that, Tony stayed after hours for us and was approachable, charismatic, patient. Good guy. It is a bit of a drive from LA, but definitely worth the drive for a good shopping experience.
