Been going to this dealership for a few years now. Great place and friendly staff but that did change today thanks to the new service manager there. Bought my car with a Hyundai maintenance plan which is supposed to be honored at any Hyundai dealership. Again been going here for the same service every year now. Today I’m told the service manager is now refusing to honor my plan and I must pay in full. Ask to speak to the owner and of course the owner not there I’m told. Then the service manager disappears. I will never walk into a Haddad dealership again.

Bad dealership
Got a car from this dealership and the car had so many problem saying that the car its fine if your gunna buy a car dont buy from haddad hyundai in pittsfield the first car i bought the engine was no good. Im stock with the car with the problem still but that wont be for long i know about the lemon law and i will bring the car right back to them. Brought the car for them to work on it and didnt even fix anything on it dont buy car here you will regret it. DO NOT BUY ANY CARS HERE !!! Worse customer i ever work with

Terrible service
The service department at this dealership is a joke. After 3 appointments, spanning 4 months, they still could not do a simple exhaust system repair. First, they couldn't diagnose the sound of an ailing baffle. Second, they diagnosed the problem but could not fix it since the parts were not available. Third, they scheduled the repair but could not do it because they ordered the wrong part. This is a muffler, people! I have no confidence in this dealership and will never take my car in here for service again. I'm a 70-something woman with zero auto mechanic chops but I believe I could do a better job myself. I pay attention to details and have communication skills. Frustrating to think these guys are even in business.

Haddad Hyundai are crooks.
Do not go to this dealership. They are crooks. I just got my car in January and they won't fix it for me without paying tons of money. I just go a 2015 Hyundai sonata hybrid limited from them in January, the car is junk. The rear sub frame snapped because it's so rusted out, I had to rebuild everything from the subframe to the suspension parts. The front strut snapped because it's also very rusted. The breaks are not working correctly and they won't help me fix them without paying tons of money. This is ridiculous and I will NEVER get another vehicle from them aagain. I've had the car for 6 months and already had to put a bunch of money into it. It's just keeps breaking. I'm very disappointed with Haddad Hyundai.

Terrible
I paid for a radio on August 13th. They said that they would call me when the radio arrived. I called twice between August 13th and August 26th and they finally tell me I have to bring in my old radio before they can send a new one! So now I'm paying FULL price for a few pieces of MY used radio, and I have to wait ANOTHER 2 weeks for them to send it back... That's if they actually call me this time.

Excellent Sales
I was highly impressed with our Sales Consultant Courtney Rondeau! She was very personal, professional, and knew her product well. Thanks to her, we were able to purchase the perfect car. The finance department and Head Managers Ben and Chris fought to get me a great payment. I highly recommend going to see them. LOVE MY NEW HYUNDAI!

great experience at Haddad Hyundai
We bought a used car. It is the color of a raisin. The lake behind the dealership caught on fire in the 1980s. Our sales person Chris Hawk was knowledgeable, accommadating and friendly. Awesome experience!
