I bought a hybrid Toyota from Nick. This is a second car within a year. Nick and his staff are great and Honest. He even showed me all the invoices and work that was put into the car. I drove from Madison to buy a car from Nick. I highly recommend Nick and United Motors.

Understand these are rebuilt titles so you might have an issue. I had a minor issue and Nick resolved it very quick no questions asked. Nick is a reasonable man and I feel I was treated fairly. Overall a good experience.

Had a great experience with Nick. we purchased 2 cars same day and he was very honest and worked with us on what the vehicles needed. We bought a Subaru Ascent and an STI. great cars! The Ascent had some paint correction that needs done and the STI needed a clutch, but Nick worked with us on that.

My experience was great ! The staff was extremely courteous!! No junk cars on their lot ! They didn’t avoid any of my questions or give me the runaround . I would highly recommend that you check out their inventory and go there in person to meet them and I would expect you’d have the same great experience!

Buyer Beware
Sharing my experience for the next customer. Please stay firm, be firm, and request a car fax or maintenance history on any vehicle you are considering. If you are not satisfied with the answers or if there are major issues with the vehicle, walk away. When buying a "used car", the buyer can live with repairing items that go unnoticed until a mechanic inspects the vehicle. There were two issues that plaque the vehicle I purchased: 1) Check Engine and Cruise Control lights were "ON". 2) The ABS light were "ON". I was told that the issue was due to a bad O2 sensor. On my way home, the Check Engine and Cruise Control lights came back ON. I took the car back to United Motors and mechanic plugged in the diagnostic device. The reading came back for a EVAP SYSTEM CODE. In addition, I was getting poor gas mileage--I was losing gas somewhere in the system. United Motors and the mechanic placed the car on the lift and determined there was no visible leak. United Motors stated that "it was not a big deal", and offered to have another location to perform a smoke test. But I had to wait almost two weeks to get this done. So, I decided to take my car to Firestone, and they performed the smoke test, and technician could not find any leaks. Firestone suggested that the problem could be with the Cruise Control, and asked me to take my car to a local Subaru dealership. After two hours with my car, the Subaru technician found the leak. The leak was at the gas tank @ where the gas nosil goes. I also replaced the ABS sensors for each tire, along with replacing each tire. I reached out to Nick for support on repairing the Check Engine light, and was denied. Buyer Beware!
