I have been coming here since 2023 when I purchased my

I have been coming here since 2023 when I purchased my first new vehicle from Heritage Mazda Towson. Today I purchased my second new vehicle from them because my experiences here have always been excellent. Barry Williams the Service Manager is fantasic and is the big reason I purchased here again. But also today the process to purchase was easy, no pressure and smooth. David Dowd the General Manager jumped in to assist me and made me feel very comfortable in the process. My salesman, Rudy Raley was patient and took his time and let me go at my pace during the buying process. And finally John Demartino the Business Manager was thorough, no pressure and made the contract process very comfortable. This truly is a great place to buy a car. It can me a dreaded process, but not here. This group I dealt with today made it seemless! Thank you all!

As first-time car buyers, we visited this dealership to

As first-time car buyers, we visited this dealership to explore a few different models and understand our options. Kennedy, our salesperson, was excellent throughout the process. She was extremely accommodating with multiple test drives, patiently answered all of our questions, and never made us feel rushed. We truly appreciated her professionalism and calm approach. Unfortunately, our experience with the manager, Brad Scammell, was very different and left a sour impression. While he did offer reasonable discounts on the vehicle, his tone and manner of interaction were extremely unpleasant and overshadowed any positives in the negotiation process. As first-time buyers, we were understandably unsure and needed a few minutes to step aside and discuss our decision privately. The second time we asked for a few minutes to think, he responded, “I’m not moving from here, you can go out and talk if you want,” which felt unnecessarily pressuring. We were also cross-shopping with their sister location in Catonsville and had plans to visit them. Upon learning this, Mr. Scammell called the Catonsville manager in front of us and had him state that we would receive the same price everywhere. The way this was handled felt uncomfortable and added to the pressure rather than helping us make an informed decision. After two days of trying to decide, we ultimately chose to leave without making a purchase. On our way out, I asked a simple question about my trade-in value, and he responded, “First you make up your mind on whether you will buy a car.” As we were leaving, we also clearly heard him say, “f***ing waste of time,” which was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. Buying a car for the first time is already a stressful experience. Kennedy handled everything with patience and professionalism, but the manager’s behavior made the overall experience uncomfortable and negative. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as no customer should feel pressured or disrespected while making a major financial decision. We went ahead and purchased the same car from Catonsville branch, and the experience had night and day difference. I suggest any buyer to visit the Catonsville branch first if you wish to be treated like customers.

It was a pleasure shopping for a new car at Heritage

It was a pleasure shopping for a new car at Heritage Mazda Townson. The dealership is attractive and modern with a large selection of brand new cars. Both the Sales Manager Daniel Chaconas and my Sales Consultant Chris Hammond provided me with the best customer service I could hope for. They went above and beyond to help me find the perfect car for me. I highly recommend both for their knowledge about all aspects of the Mazda line and the kindness and patience they displayed in all interactions with me during the car buying process.

The dealership is nice and well kept.

The dealership is nice and well kept. I was put in touch with a salesman who listened to what I wanted and needed. However, the sales manager Brad is your classic pushy car salesman. He is what makes a disgrace of salespeople.. After making it clear what I wanted, he continued to push me higher, and even claimed I was the rude one…and after they tried to pull the classic bait and switch tactic which is absolutely disgusting. I hope Brad has a hard time sleeping at night knowing he’s been screwing people over and pushing them out of their comfort zones
