Irvin was excellent.

Dealership is usually responsive to my concerns.

Dealership is usually responsive to my concerns. I’m a little concerned about my most recent issue. I have not heard any updates on receiving my compressor or wheel lock key which has me driving in a precarious situation. I have no way of repairing my tire if a road side emergency was to occur

I experienced a minor issue with the radio in my auto

I experienced a minor issue with the radio in my auto would stop playing. My service rep was Christion Argueta who handled the issue with the upmost professionalism. He has good communicating ability with the customer when listening to their concerns. I also met with Lars Backman who is the Service Director. I must say I was impressed with the service and attention that I received from Zeigler Chevy Dealer. I will definitely bring my 2025 Equinox back here if I require any service in the future
