The name on the survey says Sam Odeh, but we were helped

The name on the survey says Sam Odeh, but we were helped by Nick Fioravanti. Nick helped us at every step to get our car. We are purchasing a company car as a foreign company. There were many challenges and delays through the process, but Nick was there to offer support, help, and explain when needed. Nick never pushed us to buy a different vehicle. He never put on any pressure. It was a learning experience for all involved, and Nick was great! I hope to be able to buy more cars from him in the future. *The coffee machine and snack selections are an added bonus to the buying experience.

PLEASE READ Buyers beware.

PLEASE READ Buyers beware. I do not write negative reviews for companies. I am a business owner and I know people are always eager to write negative reviews and expect stellar service. However, I can’t sit by and not voice what happened to myself and the poor experience I had. I had the single worse car buying experience of my life at this dealership. I have purchased over a dozen vehicles in my life. HIDDEN fees not disclosed until the VERY end (to the tune of $4800 — for a not advertised REQUIRED CPO warranty that in the beginning was presented as a “flexible OPTION” to which I responded “I won’t be purchasing that” TWICE), uninterested sales representatives(that never introduced themselves, turned their head when I walked up to them, and more!) and their coworkers expressing their displeasure working at the company itself and a manager ADMITTING it was a scam multiple times- when we were upset about the unexpected fees and wasted time! Please, do not buy a car from this place. The loud music inside and endless number of workers standing around smoking, playing cards and on their phones should have been a sign to leave but after 5 hours in a car with empty promises and lies from this dealership, I stayed waiting for a miracle. Do not be like me, do not waste your time. I am positive that if GM knew how this dealership was running, it would be penalized. Beware.

I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone I know.

I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone I know. I’ve had a couple of lingering issues that shouldn’t exist in a brand new truck that were constantly ignored. The service manager finally decided to hear me out and fix the issue. He was nice enough to arrange a loaner at their expense for the 2 weeks my truck was being worked on. I went and picked up my truck last week and so far it’s been better. I was disappointed to discover that someone was eating in my truck because they left frito crumbs behind and didn’t bother to clean it up. I don’t allow eating in my truck nor do I loan it so I know without a doubt the frito droppings came from Zeigler employees. This whole experience has left a sour taste in my mouth. Thank you Rich for trying.
