Definitely recommend

Chuck was awesome and very transparent in the process he worked with every step of the way! I honestly i didn’t think I would walk away with a great price and a great experience but thanks to the finance manager and chuck I was able to get a car. Thanks again guys!

Excessive wait time for oil change

Made an appointment for 11:15 for a simple oils change and it took almost three and a half hours? The service writer did as much as he could and was extremely courteous. I understand you’re short staffed but it shouldn’t take three hours for an oil change!!



I scheduled an oil change in person last week Saturday only to come to a 10:30am appointment to be told it was never scheduled. After that waited almost 4hrs for an oil change and filter. I called the service department and was spoken to rudely by Bill who never tried to find out if the part came and told “I don’t Know how much longer”🤷🏽‍♀️. He then tell me I have to talk to somebody in parts department?🤷🏽‍♀️ He transfers me to parts who transfer me to a different bill in another sept who also transfer me back to operator. Operator suggest she find out for me and placed me on hold. After being on hold she comes back to the line and says the part just arrived and that she spoke with Bill in the service department. I said ok can I confirm with Bill myself? She says yes no problem he just told me this information. I get transferred to Bill and he says he know both about a part arriving for my car😵‍💫😳🤦🏽‍♀️. TERRIBLE DEALERSHIP!!! Please don’t buy a car nor get a maintenance package “ITS COMPLETE GARBAGE”😳👎🏾. Not to mention they sold me a vehicle that was a total loss by an insurance company that was only worth $10,000 by appraisal after purchase. They sold a 2018 for $34,000🤦🏽‍♀️🥴


Great experience!

Chuck was the best to work with!! He was so helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. He made the process as painless as possible. Did everything he could to make it quick. He truly was a pleasure to work with. And would be the reason we would come back! But truly everyone at the dealership was wonderful!

Good service center

Did a good job servicing the car and gave us a quote for extra work that was needed. Nice people to deal with and good communication. On top of that, the total ended up being slightly less than originally estimated, looked like the technician got it done faster than planned!

Lies, lies, lies!

The car I wanted to buy is listed at $22,750 at cars.com and has been for over a week, https://www.cars.com/vehicledetail/e73da894-e756-44e0-a7f4-3ca5635f5a9e/?aff=acqgeosem8&KNC=acqgeosem8&msclkid=a090f7e28fdb191b1c2f9467f7288409. It was listed as $22,784 by CarGurus and Ozzy Flores, Development consultant at Zeigler Chevrolet of Schaumburg, emailed me info about it, listing it as $22,784. Flores also sent me a trade-in estimate of between $11,600-$12,345. I drive a 2015 Chevy Volt with only about 38,000 miles and in very good shape. After various delays, miscommunications and no communications (I should have taken these as signs for what was to come), I drove from Madison, WI, to check,and probably buy, this car. That's 124 miles each way. I drove the car while the dealership checked mine. Then we sat to talk. The salesman, Chuck, informed me that the car's cost is about $27K + many thousands more in extended warantee, Lo-Jack, etc., none of which were things that I've asked for. I protested that it's listed at $22,500 and he denied it, then said this was a Black Friday thing, which I refuted, then just sent another guy to talk to me. He also informed me that they'd only give $8K for my car. I came expecting to have to pay about $11K but suddenly it was about $22K. The other guy came and insisted that all the stuff I haven't asked for is "deposit." I disagreed. Then Chuck came back with a new offer: Ta-Dum! I'll have to pay only $21K after the trade-in! I told him he didn't have a deal and left. 248 miles + gas cost + tolls + backache + a wasted day. This is outrageous. These guys lie to your face. They are scoundrels. Buyer beware, and certainly don't drive any length to find out what lies they have cooked for you.
