Ken Backman was a fantastic service writer.

Ken Backman was a fantastic service writer. He listened to me and was professional. Car was done and on time. The portal was great as I was able to track my vehicle progression and estimate time of completion. Shuttle service to and from was great as well. Highly recommend Ken Backman and this dealership.

Not bad although I had a unfortunate experience with the

Not bad although I had a unfortunate experience with the person I was making a payment my card kept declined I call my bank which eventually it wasn’t my card she tried for the third time by sliding my card through whether than tapping it it went through

I brought my Traverse in for an oil change and airbag

I brought my Traverse in for an oil change and airbag recall on 3/21/25 It was also recommended that I get a new battery and cabin air filter. The oil change was done, but the recall is awaiting parts. I presented a coupon which included 15% off on recommended service (battery and filter replacement). My bill showed only a $10 discount. The battery and filter service totaled $385. Shouldn't I have gotten 15% off an the $385??? Please respond. Ervin was the service advisor. Your invoice # 1081940
