More training for this associate.
We were "assisted" by Igor. I will give it to him that he had a kind demeanor and was professional. However, right after telling us that the car we had an appointment to see was sold that morning, he went straight in to offer whatever seemed convenient for him. After asking why I wasn't notified about it via call or email, he just brushed it off saying the scheduling doesn't work like that. He did not ask what we had been looking for, or our preferances in a car. He did not ask what amount we would like to stay under. In fact, he did the opposite. He tried to have us go over our already pre-approved amount and told us he would be able to get us approved for the higher amount. Sorry, Igor. We didn't come seeking out a 12k car to get one for 16.5k. Maybe a sale would have been made at this dealership if we had a different sales associate who is more considerate and asks the proper questions to try and work with a visibly upset costumer.

Needed a Car ASAP
Igor was amazing, he took my wife and I right in the door. He showed us the vehicle that we wanted to see and got right down to business. There is no better place to go and purchase a vehicle than Chevrolet. They are completely transparent and quick about the process. Definitely buying our next car there again!!!!

Went in for a new battery. They originally wanted to schedule my appointment later in the week which wouldn't work for me, so I was very pleased that they were able to squeeze me in last minute. Bill was very accommodating!

Chuck was awesome and very transparent in the process he worked with every step of the way! I honestly i didn’t think I would walk away with a great price and a great experience but thanks to the finance manager and chuck I was able to get a car. Thanks again guys!

Excessive wait time for oil change
Made an appointment for 11:15 for a simple oils change and it took almost three and a half hours? The service writer did as much as he could and was extremely courteous. I understand you’re short staffed but it shouldn’t take three hours for an oil change!!

RUNNNN AWA FROM THIS DEALERSHIP 😵💫
I scheduled an oil change in person last week Saturday only to come to a 10:30am appointment to be told it was never scheduled. After that waited almost 4hrs for an oil change and filter. I called the service department and was spoken to rudely by Bill who never tried to find out if the part came and told “I don’t Know how much longer”🤷🏽♀️. He then tell me I have to talk to somebody in parts department?🤷🏽♀️ He transfers me to parts who transfer me to a different bill in another sept who also transfer me back to operator. Operator suggest she find out for me and placed me on hold. After being on hold she comes back to the line and says the part just arrived and that she spoke with Bill in the service department. I said ok can I confirm with Bill myself? She says yes no problem he just told me this information. I get transferred to Bill and he says he know both about a part arriving for my car😵💫😳🤦🏽♀️. TERRIBLE DEALERSHIP!!! Please don’t buy a car nor get a maintenance package “ITS COMPLETE GARBAGE”😳👎🏾. Not to mention they sold me a vehicle that was a total loss by an insurance company that was only worth $10,000 by appraisal after purchase. They sold a 2018 for $34,000🤦🏽♀️🥴

Chuck at Ziegler made the process easy to work with. They also had the vehicle we were interested. They also held the vehicle for 24 hours so I could bring my wife to see the vehicle.
