I had a great experience working with Mariya!

I had a great experience working with Mariya! She was incredibly helpful, kind, and made the entire car-buying process smooth and stress-free. I especially appreciated that she speaks Russian as it made communication so much easier for my family. Don, the finance director, also speaks Russian and was just as helpful and professional throughout the process. If you're looking for a team that genuinely cares and goes the extra mile, they're the ones to ask for. Highly recommend!

I recently had an outstanding experience with Zeigler Chevrolet. Mariya made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. From the moment I walked into the dealership, she greeted me with a warm smile and took the time to understand my needs and preferences. Her knowledge about the different models and features was impressive, and she patiently answered all my questions. It was also so helpful that she speaks perfect Russian since my mother (who doesn't speak English) was able to feel so involved in this process. What stood out the most was her genuine approach, she wasn't pushy at all and really focused on finding the right car for me rather than just making a sale. She guided me through the test drive and highlighted the benefits of each vehicle, making it easy to compare my options. In the end, I drove away in a car that I absolutely love, all thanks to her dedication and professionalism. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new vehicle!

Mariya was amazing from start to finish.

Mariya was amazing from start to finish. She was very kind, professional, and patient throughout the entire process. She helped me with everything I needed and clearly explained all my options. The fact that she speaks Russian was a big plus and made communication so much easier. I highly recommend working with her if you’re looking for a smooth and friendly car-buying experience.

Zeigler Chevrolet was awesome! Worked with Chuck. Super understanding and great like everyone there! Calm environment, until after the sale. Glad there was another perky happy type besides me! My truck was turned in for a separated ball joint.

My truck was turned in for a separated ball joint. Everything was supposed to be fixed under warranty. I had to leave over a month later with tire pressure system needing to be serviced. The service department told me that I had no tire pressure sensors in the rest of my tires and that my Dealership I bought the truck from brand new tricked the system. They told me there was nothing they can do about it. Very minimal contact or updates over the month they had it. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at any dealership.
