Don, the finance director, also speaks Russian and was just as helpful and professional throughout the process. My truck was turned in for a separated ball joint. Everything was supposed to be fixed under warranty. I had to leave over a month later with tire pressure system needing to be serviced. The service department told me that I had no tire pressure sensors in the rest of my tires and that my Dealership I bought the truck from brand new tricked the system. They told me there was nothing they can do about it. Very minimal contact or updates over the month they had it. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at any dealership.
