Made an Offer of $15,000 on a Explorer listed for $16,995 and got a response of ' Yea that's not how we do things.. I know you purchased from us before... so you know that process'. 1. No counter offer was made since we should of know the process 2. we wanted to buy extended warranties as well A. Full warranty B. Service warranty C. Trade in another car 3. Talked to multiple other locations and they were very happy to earn our business. 4. Other locations even went as far as having a salesman personally pick us up 5. As a business owner I respect the dedication and team work of OTHER dealerships in these tough economic times to complete a Deal!!! 6. I would not recommend Sheehy Ford of Warrenton " I can't speak for other branches' because a car buying experience is always exciting and stressful but should never be unpleasant from the very start

I requested pics of any damage that the vehicle had before driving 4 hrs. They sent a video not showing the damaged areas. Horrible dealership!
My husband has been truck shopping for quite sometime and I assumed this dealer visit would be the same (just a visit), but while Sheehy Ford of Warrenton... had a truck he wanted, it was the customer service and friendly, no pressure sales approach that made us buyers! Matt patiently worked the numbers with us and we felt no pressure at all. Thanks to Matt and Gary my husband has a new F-150 he loves! Highly recommend them. We will be Sheehy customers again I'm sure!

Shady...I never leave bad reviews. please understand this is real. 1st. Service department Told them I had break dust build up. They said the fixed.... A week later, the grinding start. They mad me pay again for break work. 2nd Financial department Got tricked into thinking I had Gap insurance. The sent a rejection notice via standard mail, I never received it. No one called me, financial manager didnt even bother to make sure I received it. Now i have a totaled car and a 4600 dollar bill.
Mr. Johnson, after looking into this further, it seems this was resolved for you back in 2015. We understand that you purchased your vehicle over 4 ...years ago and applied for GAP coverage. At the time, the loan term was determined to be too long to qualify under the GAP coverage requirements so Ford sent a letter to you with this information back in August 2015 and we sent you a full refund of the GAP insurance price at that same time. We have copies of all the communications regarding this from August 2015, but if you still have any questions or concerns regarding this resolution, please don't hesitate to give our management team a call anytime.
Sheehy ford replaced the water pump on my F150 truck. Repairs took a little longer Than planned so they provided a loaner car for me to use. Good friendly... service.

I have owned several vehicles of different makes, foriegn and domestic. Sheehy Ford of Warrenton is the best service department I have ever dealt with.... Fast, convenient service and knowledgable staff. Lounge is comfortable with all the amenities for a long or short stay.

Second time buying a car, but I will NOT go back nor recommend Sheehy Ford in Warrenton VA. I took my first truck which was under warranty to repair the... AC, it took them more then 2 MONTHS to fix it. No words on that and overall, they did fix it. Not sure if they were giving me the round around but 2 months is a lot. Now, with my second car Jeep Renegade 2016 is a total disappointing. I got this car for my daughter 16 about 2 months ago and all I got was problems. This is the second time in 2 months that I have issues with the car. The car will totally die at 50/60 MPH (THIS IS A SAFETY ISSUE) It happens twice and the 2nd time I was with my daughter and I almost killed myself going at 50 MPH at Vint Hill Rd. Luckily, she wasn't the one driving. I called Sheehy Ford to schedule a service appointment and they sent me to the Jeep dealer next door. They (Jeep) informed me that my EasyCare Plan, that I got through Sheehy doesn't cover the $800 repair. They (Jeep Dealer) called several times to Sheehy Ford and they never returned their calls. I'm not complaining about a broken tail light, in fact the first issue with the rear wheel I fixed myself. This type of problem with the car can KILL somebody and that's what they don't see or stand for. All they care is about selling cars. Its been 2 weeks that I keep calling and they are COMPLETELY IGNORING MY CALLS. (CHRIS) the salesperson is always with a customer and never return phone calls, same with the sales manager. I will pay Jeep to fix my car, but I will escalate this matter. YOU CAN'T SELL CARS THAT WILL MAKE PEOPLE HAVE ACCIDENTS OR KILL THEM-SELF. and I understand things happen but be PROFESSIONAL and have the courtesy to call customers back instead of ignoring them for more than 2 weeks and maybe try to fix the problem or work something out.
Friendly service. Jim has assisted with service on my F-150 several times. He remembers me when I have service scheduled and is very professional. Have... found this to be the case with all staff. Service times can be a little on the longer side but I usually wait with my vehicle and do work anyway.
