I recently discovered a slow oil pan leak from my 2017 F-150. I made an appointment for at the service dept. for repair and dropped the truck off. The replacement of the oil pan assembly was completed as well as a engine/undercarriage cleaning all under warranty the next business day. Everything went very smoothly and efficiently.

My first visit with sheehy ford after a bad experience with another ford dealership an hour away. Yes I drove an hour to have this dealership service my vehicle rather than go back to the one 10 minutes from my house.

Deceiving web results pointed the selected vehicle to this dealer's location. Turned out to be in MD. After involving management, a similar vehicle was located. As a recently traded in vehicle, it was pending inspection, oil change, tires and brake replacement. Detailing and delivery of the vehicle made this experience worth sharing with the public.

My daughter went there and purchased a vehicle from Justin Labell! I decided to go a few months later as I was having problems with my old car! I called Justin and went in! I looked around and what wanted I couldn’t afford, but Justin help me find something I really liked and within my price range! Everyone was so nice! The sales manager and finance lady! I could not have been more happy! Justin really cares about his customers! They all do! I’m actually taking my youngest daughter this weekend and pray she can purchase something nice! Justin will be helping us again! He’s a nice person and easy to work with! It really does make the process go better when you feel someone is listening and they care! I believe Justin and his team does!
