I rarely comment positively or negatively about

I rarely comment positively or negatively about companies. However, today I had the unique opportunity to meet truly competent professionals at Gabriel/Jordan Buick GMC in Kilgore, Texas. Yesterday, I brought my vehicle to the Gabriel/Jordan Buick GMC Service Department to have some minor damage looked at and to request a quote. I met with Chris (the service director) and Adam (the service advisor). Adam was attentive and listened carefully to my concerns. He then offered me several options and was genuinely helpful throughout our conversation. Even when I was struggling to use the Keurig in the waiting area, Debbie (the office administrator) kindly came to my aid without any hint of annoyance or frustration. Today, I returned to the service center to have my vehicle repaired. I was greeted like a longtime customer and was impressed by the professionalism, authenticity, and patience of the staff. Unfortunately, I encountered an issue with my company's credit card that could have been very stressful. However, Essie, Debbie, and Paula worked together to resolve the issue on my behalf, and I was grateful for their advocacy and assistance. They went above and beyond, even though they had no prior relationship with this company. Thanks to their teamwork, I felt like more than just a customer - I felt like a valued client. In a world where it can often feel like everything is going wrong, I wanted to share my positive experience with Gabriel/Jordan Buick GMC . The team there made me feel like family and their positive culture and exemplary service was truly remarkable. As a first-time service customer, I couldn't be more impressed with the level of care and attention they provided.

Worst dealer in Texas, sold a vehicle out from underneath

Worst dealer in Texas, sold a vehicle out from underneath me, I was literally pulling up in the parking lot with the cashier check and sold in out from underneath me… FO NOT TRUDT THEM

Great Service??

I listen to other people talk about their oil change experiences at their dealerships. I then tell them how easy it is to get my truck oil changed here.They go above and beyond to satisfy their customer.

Bought my 2019 Canyon at Gabriel Jordan.

Bought my 2019 Canyon at Gabriel Jordan. Excellent sales experience. I always take my vehicle there for service, but at Gabriel Jordan in Kilgore, the service goes above and beyond. I took my truck to another place for a front end alignment check (Gabriel Jordan doesn't do Front End work) and the other place tried to upsell me on more than $250 of service saying it was recommended maintenance based on mileage. I declined then emailed Chris, Fixed Operations Director at Gabriel Jordan with the other company's recommendations. Chris assured me I was many miles away from needing either service as I suspected. I am thankful I can rely on Gabriel Jordan for honesty and integrity. That's why I rely on them for all my car needs.

Awesome dealership

Buick/GMC KILGORE EXCELLENT DEALERSHIP

I was highly impressed with Adam Richardson-GABRIEL/JORDAN BUICK GMC KILGORE-SERVICE DEPARTMENT. I have a 2021 GMC YUKON DENALI, I had an issue with a lane assist alert Left Driver Side Mirror. I have been trying to get it fixed since October 2021 and took it to a local Dealership-ORR Longview in the town I reside, I kept getting the run around leaving my vehicle to get fixed 4 times & even without it for a week never was getting fixed and poor communication customer service. Such a long story...However, Kilgore-GMC Service Department was recommended by someone else. The moment I spoke with Mr. Adam Richardson we made the appointment he would call me every day with a follow-up on how things were going, my vehicle was fixed in 2 days. EXCELLENT EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I will go back there for all my service needs and maintenance. Job WELL DONE. THANK YOU, ADAM RICHARDSON AND YOUR ENTIRE TEAM.

Terrible Customer Service

Very disappointed that the Service Manager would not Assist in my Bedcover Issues. I went further to reach out to Tim Capps but he would not Respond as well. I finally made my Complaint made to GMC. I will wait. It broke this Summer. If no Response a Lawyer will.

I enjoyed the experience but really did not like the way...

I enjoyed the experience but really did not like the way Chrystal handled it. Basically, Chrystal just wanted to take your money and get her big commission an move on. I will not be purchasing another future vehicle for Gabriel Jordan in Kilgore.
