    The people in the service department have been courteous, knowledgeable and accommodating. When my car was expected to take longer than anticipated, I... was given a loaner. It is the only place I have ever taken my car including oil changes.

    I had an Auto Shop do the repair on the wrong side of the car. It was a minor repair but they still charged me. I took it to Scherer Mazda and told... them about the experience and asked them if they sold the auto shop the part. They did but the Parts employee was fantastic! So, while I went to schedule my routine maintenance appointment in Service, he actually called the auto shop and made sure they are not going to make me pay for their mistake. I am getting the car fixed again next week. It is stuff like this that makes Scherer Mazda stand out from the rest. I have never had a bad experience with these guys. I will definitely be back.

    Anthony and his manager Scott were honest and made the sale very straight forward. I love the fact that I didn't have to go thru a lot of back and forth... during the negotiations. It turns out being honest makes everyone happy about the deal and save everyone's time.

    Had my 2006 Miata in that I just bought from a private party. I asked them to check it out. Came back with a clean bill of health. The very next day... it overheated. Took it back in for a 7:30 AM appointment. Waited until noon and I called to see what was going on. No one seemed to know about it but acknowledged the car was there and they had the key, so they said they would get back to me. Once they started working on it they told me they could not see any problems... I told them to tell the mechanic to check the electric fan which I also told them when I dropped it off. Called me back and said I was correct the fan was not working. So now the fan is on order for over a week and I have missed 2 weekends of being able to drive it.... If this was actually my daily driver it would be a problem. Everybody has been very nice and past service has been good but this experience has not been the best. Writing this on Saturday 9/12 and fan is suppose to be in on Monday or Tuesday. We will see how the rest of my experience goes. A few recommendations - Improve communication or the hand-off when somebody has the next day off, write down what the customer thinks the problem is and check that, offer to expedite a part (they may be willing to pay for that).

    Anthony was very helpful with the purchase of my Mazda 6.I never saw myself ever purchasing a Mazda but as soon as I took the test drive I was sold on... it immediately. I will definitely be back for my next vehicle!

    Dealership and sales rep, Lyle, we're very easy to work with. Lyle explained all the cars features and we were very pleased at the number of safety features... on the Mazda vehicles. Very nice people from the receptionist, service lead (we had a car starter installed and rubber car mats), sales manager, finance manager and of course our sales rep, Lyle. Courteous and helpful through the entire process.
