Covid-19 restrictions and hurdles aside, I had to ask for an update each and every time, no information about the condition of the vehicle I wanted to purchase was volunteered. They did not have the second key fob during the purchase and, when I was given to me, the battery was dead. The sales associates gave me the wrong battery number, so I had to find that information on my own.

Keri has always done a great job I am on my 4th new vehicle in less than 5 years. Glad I was referred to Scherer Mazda when I came to town
