Car Depot of Miramar

I traded in my car at this place a couple of years ago. The old loan was never paid and I am not able to get an answer from these people. I have had to call the BBB, the DMV and deal with te he new financing company. My credit is wrecked because of this. I can't believe they are still open.

hi i gave them a deposit over phone for 500 dollars to look at car on a saturday after seing the car i decided not to take car as they said no problem they would refund my money well and behold ten days later still not received money they said they had to close account and would have to wait untill friday well no call no money here it is monday late afternoon now they say they cant refund on my credit card just one more lie after another so I guess im going to drive to dealer because i m not letting them keepy money no matter what i have to go threw this is total xxxxxxxxx Im contacting the lic burea and attorney general to file a complaint be aware stay clear of this company dont get be fool like me read all the reviews John F

If your time means absolutely nothing to you-These are the guys to see.They run this more like a hobby than a real business.They don’t answer phones,emails or texts.They are not in the office when their business hours say that they are open… I’d also make sure (doubly sure) that the car you see on their site really exists.The vehicles on the lot when I went there look like they are all inoperative junkers that were towed onto the lot.In fact,the lot is located next door to a collision repair shop where I saw lots of cars with catastrophic damage.You may want to make CERTAIN that you’re not getting a total Franken-Car that will be a nightmare to own.

Don't waste your time going to this dealership. Very unorganized and poor customer service. Waited for over two months to get a new tag. No one keeps you informed or calls you back. Was told my Out The Door price included the tags and then said it wasn't included, so the car cost me $400 more than originally negotiated. Reviews speak volume. There are tons of dealerships in South Florida that will treat you better.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAMMMM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They sold me a car they repoed from someone. They never actually had the title. I waited 3 months for my tag and registration. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. . . THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They took my deposit and my trade in and only gave me one paper tag in October here it is February and they still don’t have my tag or registration!!!!

worse place I've been. After talking on the phone with the sales person to make sure they have the car, we went all the way to the dealer and the car was not there, just suddenly disappear, after a cheap special effects and fantastic staging from the sales person and the manager, we decided to leave the place clueless.... the car was taken by somebody to Homestead and they didn't know how.....? they never had it and they're still advertising the car.....

The staff is awful,Cintia was terrible,she just wants to sell u something. Obviously she wants her commission. I'm sorry but I think , I'm going to return the car.

Just awful people! Rude, obnoxious and just downright low lives! Bait and switch scam artists with contracts. They will bleed you for every dime. If you have been a victim of these degenerates please follow up with the Florida State Attorney General office and the BBB with full force. Don’t stop until you are made hold by these disgusting animals.

Appointments don't mean anything, they don't communicate with each other, and don't care about your time. Had a vehicle not at the location when told it was, given the run around for 4 hours when I showed up, they should have told me it needed repair from the beginning before I even made the trip there. The 5 star reviews below me must be fake or bought.

Un lugar sin lugar a dudas engañoso,pésimo control de sus provedores,carros mal revisados ,le cobran a uno ochocientos y pico de dólares por la revisión del vehículo, sólo para sacar más dinero si ustedes deciden comprar ahí vayan con una lupa y revisen el vehículo cuidadosamente,porque después si no lo revisan bien ellos le van a decir que no lo van a reparar o los van a traer dando vueltas hasta que se cansen, así me hicieron a mi ,no llanta de refaccion ni herramienta porque dizque los carros de ahorra no lo traen,por favor sólo les digo tengan cuidado si van ahí, busquen en people power Team y saldrán contentos lástima de las autoridades del consumidor, sólo protegen a los o las agencias de mala calidad × $$$$$$cuidence para que no paguen más de lo que ya pagaron.
