Don't waste your time going to this dealership. Very unorganized and poor customer service. Waited for over two months to get a new tag. No one keeps... you informed or calls you back. Was told my Out The Door price included the tags and then said it wasn't included, so the car cost me $400 more than originally negotiated. Reviews speak volume. There are tons of dealerships in South Florida that will treat you better.
THIS PLACE IS A SCAMMMM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They sold me a car they repoed from someone. They never actually had the title. I waited 3 months for my tag and... registration. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. . . THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They took my deposit and my trade in and only gave me one paper tag in October here it is February and they still don’t have my tag or registration!!!!
I was in your car dealer place today and my experience was GREAT ..Anthony he is a natural great customer service . He take time out to listen, to work... with you and i would recommend anybody to him i would like to thank him and to tell him keep up the good work ...
Thanks Audrey, we hope you are enjoying your new car!
worse place I've been. After talking on the phone with the sales person to make sure they have the car, we went all the way to the dealer and the car was... not there, just suddenly disappear, after a cheap special effects and fantastic staging from the sales person and the manager, we decided to leave the place clueless.... the car was taken by somebody to Homestead and they didn't know how.....? they never had it and they're still advertising the car.....
The staff is awful,Cintia was terrible, she just wants to sell u something. Obviously she wants her commission. I'm sorry but I think , I'm going to return... the car.
Just awful people! Rude, obnoxious and just downright low lives! Bait and switch scam artists with contracts. They will bleed you for every dime. If you... have been a victim of these degenerates please follow up with the Florida State Attorney General office and the BBB with full force. Don’t stop until you are made hold by these disgusting animals.
Appointments don't mean anything, they don't communicate with each other, and don't care about your time. Had a vehicle not at the location when told it... was, given the run around for 4 hours when I showed up, they should have told me it needed repair from the beginning before I even made the trip there. The 5 star reviews below me must be fake or bought.
I decided to trade my car in at the end of August and not only have they still not paid the other car loan off as of Oct 10 even though I carried over... the extra $1,800 still needed to be paid off for the loan but they also made me sign 3 different loan papers and raised my down payment. Also they did not tell me the new car had been in an accident when I purchased it. SO PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE
I purchase a 2010 Buick Lecrosse from Car Depot around the beginning of March. I test drive the car and everything seemed ok with the vehicle. At the conclusion... of the sale, I requested if the gas can be put on a full tank. I notice when the gentleman who did take it to put it on a full tank never filled it up but rather 3/4 of tank. Needless to say after leaving the dealership, I went and put the car on a full tank. I notice while I was doing so, the car turned off and would not crank until about 15 minutes after trying. I returned the car to the dealer and informed Chris one of the gentleman who work there of the issue. He basically conveyed to me that the issue is minor and that I should turn the car off while pumping gas. Exactly 2 weeks later, the car has been in and out the shop. I paid over $3,500 for the car and I promise you I have paid even more money getting it repaired that what I have actually paid for the vehicle. The very last time I took the car to the shop, they totaled the car and informed me that the entire engine on the car is bad. I called last week and spoke with the general manager and explained the situation to him. I included that I was pregnant with triplets and I did not have money to just throw away like that. I included that I was a single mom caring after soon to be 8 children. His only response was if I bring someone to him, he would give me a credit on a down payment on a new car. I don't think in my entire 28 years of living, I have never been so devastated and heart broken ever. Here I'm about to have 3 babies and have absolutely no transportation to transport them to and from the doctor or even being able to pick up the other kids from school. All I wanted was a reliable car where I can run errands and be a supportive mother for my children but instead I feel like I was rob. The dealer also lied about the car having a warranty as well. When I arrived to buy the car the entire story about the warranty had change.
