Bad place to buy!!!!be very carefull.

Un lugar sin lugar a dudas engañoso,pésimo control de sus provedores,carros mal revisados ,le cobran a uno ochocientos y pico de dólares por la revisión del vehículo, sólo para sacar más dinero si ustedes deciden comprar ahí vayan con una lupa y revisen el vehículo cuidadosamente,porque después si no lo revisan bien ellos le van a decir que no lo van a reparar o los van a traer dando vueltas hasta que se cansen, así me hicieron a mi ,no llanta de refaccion ni herramienta porque dizque los carros de ahorra no lo traen,por favor sólo les digo tengan cuidado si van ahí, busquen en people power Team y saldrán contentos lástima de las autoridades del consumidor, sólo protegen a los o las agencias de mala calidad × $$$$$$cuidence para que no paguen más de lo que ya pagaron.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE

I decided to trade my car in at the end of August and not only have they still not paid the other car loan off as of Oct 10 even though I carried over the extra $1,800 still needed to be paid off for the loan but they also made me sign 3 different loan papers and raised my down payment. Also they did not tell me the new car had been in an accident when I purchased it. SO PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE

Don’t buy from them

I purchase a 2010 Buick Lecrosse from Car Depot around the beginning of March. I test drive the car and everything seemed ok with the vehicle. At the conclusion of the sale, I requested if the gas can be put on a full tank. I notice when the gentleman who did take it to put it on a full tank never filled it up but rather 3/4 of tank. Needless to say after leaving the dealership, I went and put the car on a full tank. I notice while I was doing so, the car turned off and would not crank until about 15 minutes after trying. I returned the car to the dealer and informed Chris one of the gentleman who work there of the issue. He basically conveyed to me that the issue is minor and that I should turn the car off while pumping gas. Exactly 2 weeks later, the car has been in and out the shop. I paid over $3,500 for the car and I promise you I have paid even more money getting it repaired that what I have actually paid for the vehicle. The very last time I took the car to the shop, they totaled the car and informed me that the entire engine on the car is bad. I called last week and spoke with the general manager and explained the situation to him. I included that I was pregnant with triplets and I did not have money to just throw away like that. I included that I was a single mom caring after soon to be 8 children. His only response was if I bring someone to him, he would give me a credit on a down payment on a new car. I don't think in my entire 28 years of living, I have never been so devastated and heart broken ever. Here I'm about to have 3 babies and have absolutely no transportation to transport them to and from the doctor or even being able to pick up the other kids from school. All I wanted was a reliable car where I can run errands and be a supportive mother for my children but instead I feel like I was rob. The dealer also lied about the car having a warranty as well. When I arrived to buy the car the entire story about the warranty had change.

Wrong online prices !

Price which you can see online after 20% downpayment plus diller fees , tag and registration . So if you see the car for $17000 that’s after $3400 downpayment

Never again I do not recommend!

Terrible place, first off, I called before hand if they had the car, I was speaking to a guy named Collin, he told me the car was available, I even went over the vin # just to make sure and it was there according to him, and so set a meet up date. So I went to check it out, and it turns out Collin was not even there to meet up, so I spoke to another man, he said the car is not available that we barely update our online inventory. I was shocked and got a little ticked off because Collin said it was available and in the end I basically wasted an hour drive to see nothing but the exit. Thanks guys!
