Don't even consider nearing this place.

I considered evaluating a car there. When I arrived the car was not avaliable , this is after I called in advance ,I was told some stupid story, It was clear that they never had the car and only used it a a "teaser" to get you there. Be very very ! Carefull as the place is a serious hazard with shadowy sales people. I strongly advis you to stay away from them. I gave them one star as there was no lower rating avaliable. Hunter.

I do apologize that when you did come to the dealer the vehicle was no longer available. The vehicles you see online are all up to date and we do have a quick turn around time. Bad deal, Poor customer service

They do not care about their customers or maintaining a good reputation. I know of 2 people who were considering buying a car from Car Depot of Miramar and I saved them the trouble by detailing my experiences with Luis, Joel, and Adriana. The Car Depot staff wasted my time by making appointments to meet about issues I was having with my car and not being in the office. They were very slow to xxxxxx a resolution; after coming to an agreement about switching out my overheating, twisted sedan for a reliable and safe substitute, they are trying to back out of that WRITTEN and VERBAL agreement. However, I will not back down and I will knock on every door until I get an answer. I am paying money for a car that I've had for a month and I cannot drive it! I have to get to work and conduct my personal business. Miami Auto Max, Inc./ Car Depot of Miramar/ All Motors have proven to be an irresponsible, unfair, and unacceptable company.

pleased with the service

I purchased a cargo van for my distribution company, the price was reasonable and chris the salesman was respectful and professional and the financing process was a breeze..only issue i had was with my a/c not working properly and repairs took a little longer than expected but all was worked out in the end and the van has been great so far.

BAD USED CAR DEALERSHIP.

CALL 1.5 HOURS BEFORE LEAVING PALM BEACH GARDENS. SHE SAID THE VAN WAS STILL THERE. WHEN I GOT THERE AND ASK THE 1ST SALESPERSON I TALK TO , HE SAID IT WAS SOLD. THEN ANOTHER SALES PERSONS CAME OUT & SAID IT WAS 2 HOURS SOUTH OF THE DEALERSHIP. I BELEIVE THEY DID NOT HAVE IT THERE BUT TOLD ME IT WAS SO I WOULD COME DOWN TO THERE DEALERSHIP & THEY WOULD TRY TO SELL ME ANOTHER. OR THEY NEVER HAD THE VAN & IT WAS USED FOR A BATE & SWITCH PRACTICE. I WOULD NEVER EVER GO THERE TO BUY A CAR OR VAN. NEVER.

Do your research

It was business as usual with this dealership although i must admit, the person we worked with was very friendly. They also work with us to get a payment plan in order, but about 1 year later, we found that a relative had bought the same car for $6,000 less than what we payed. On top of that, their car was in far better shape than ours. in that first year alone, we've poured about 2k into that car in repairs. Although that car is a trooper, i don't recommend buying from this dealer unless you're educated about the car you want i.e. checking it out the with a mechanic and comparing the price of the car to the kelly blue book price and that of other dealers and private owners.

The worst dealer

This dealer has a lot of used cars in the website. But went I asked for an appointment for a chrysler they never called me. I when to their offices, to see the car but the customer services is awful and they didn't have the car. I don't recommend this dealer.
