Sales department here when I use them in 2021 was great my complaint is their service department had breaks done spent almost $700 couple days later hurts noises in the front they said break dust on oil change told him I could still hear grinding sounds they said they can’t find anything that’s wrong. Took it back for a second oil change told him that the sound has gotten louder service writer said yeah I see some grooves. They might not have turned the rotors. Got a call from the service manager, he said yes they did turn rotors and because I did not buy new rotors they are not warranty. Anything that I would have to replace the front pads if I want the noise to go away first no one told me anything about Pads and not being warranted if rotors Returned now that Service manager left a voicemail. He will not return my calls again. I recommend you stay away from this service department. I have not had a good experience at all since purchasing my ram from this dealership regarding their service lots of little things that they don’t do oh yeah by the way, I’ve had several oil changes every time I’ve taken it for oil change they check the air filter. They never put the air filter cover back on correctly, I have to get out and do it myself poor service department, sales manager, worthless

Nightmare
I had a trade in mint condition. THEY TOOK IT AND GOT ME INTO CAR CAR HOURS LATER.i went back next Dat and they lock me in.Got rid of my car to someone that they knew .I was alone and female and felt that I should post such a nightmare.

Don't waste your time
Wy wife and I went into Larson Dodge to purchase a 2022 Tesla Model Y and we had no idea how bad of an experience awaited us. Initially it was going well but after we sat there for hours waiting on them to come up with a value for our 2015 Tesla model S and running our credit thru several banks and credit unions we were shocked when they came back and said they finally got an approval from some bank that we had never heard of or dealt with in the past. They told us that our debt to income ratio was way to high and they would not come up at all on our trade or lower the selling price on there car at all. The interest rate was 10-11% with an extremely high payment which did not sit well with us at all. I asked the to make sure they had input all the information correctly on our app and they assured us that they had. We ended up walking out with no deal made. I called my credit union on the following Monday and asked them to look into the CUDL application and they were shocked to see that Larson Dodge had input our mortgage twice which put our numbers so far out of wack. I called Larson Dodge to discuss this with them and never did receive a call back from our sales associate. I finally called again and talked to the manager and he said that he wanted to make it up to us but unfortunately the vehicle we wanted had sold already. I initiated a loan from my credit union yesterday to purchase a vehicle from a different dealership and everything went smoothly which how it has always gone for us in the past. Im very disappointed with Larson Dodge and there carelessness when it comes to inputing customer information. This whole situation put a bad taste in our mouth and we will never be purchasing a vehicle from Larson Dodge or any other Larson dealership going forward. I didn't mention any names because I would not want them to be singled out but I do want others to be made aware of this issue whether or not it was on purpose.

BEST Sales person giving me an EXCELLENT service
On November 23 2020 I went for an oil change for my 2017 Jeep, next thing I know I ended up trading it with another brand new Jeep Limited 2021, which is gorgeous and luxurious, besides being happy with the purchase I had and excellent experience with Mr. Fisher who took his time to explain everything in detail . This is my second time dealing with Mr. Fisher, I came back to him because he really gives me an outstanding customer service. Thank you
