I have purchased several vehicles over the years from Larson Jeep, Ram (Dodge) and Tony Moore has been my go to salesman for years. Tony is phenomenal and knows what I want and need in a vehicle. It is because of his customer service that I keep coming back when I need a new truck or car. I have also sent many friends and family to him because of this. He is now the general manager of this dealership since about May which I think is an excellent choice. I think with Tony’s guidance that this dealership will excel in its ratings.

I had visited Tacoma Dodge, where I had purchased my Dart (the car I traded in) and left very unhappy. A day later I chose to try a different dealer, Larson being my choice, Day and night difference! It was such a casual experience, without the salesman elevatating his voice, and they worked in the gap and extended warranty into the deal so there were no surprise and on offers when I went to sign, just an all around good experience!!! Saleem and Brandon are the guys! I had spoken to Saleem and we were headed in a direction, but he was busy when I arrived. He took a minute, clued in Brandon and Brandon made my experience great!

Justin Smith is amazing!!! So down to earth and professional. He knew what he was talking about and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. At no time did I feel like he was trying to "get a sale" which is a real plus for a salesman!!!

The quiet friendliness. Sales staff not as pushy as other dealerships, answered all the questions I had and up with my questions. Finance was funny and enjoyable. Especially the part of being able to walk around Mr. Larson's truck and not hit her head on the mirrors.

Dieauka was personable and knowledgeable. The whole process flowed smoothing. Joe kept me updated on my scheduled visit and handed it off to Dieauka when circumstances prevented him from meeting with me.

Kenny Olsen Took time out of his maternity leave just to help me find the right vehicle, best salesman I’ve had the pleasure of working with. He made sure I got exactly what I was looking for even though I’m very picky. Tyler jundi made sure I was taken care of and was able to make adjustments according to what my credit union was willing to finance. I’ve bought cars from other dealerships in the past and I’ve always been a Chevy guy but Larson definitely surpassed all my expectations and I will definitely be back.
