    Purchased 4 cars in 2 years. Sales and finance are absolutely the worse I ever dealt with. Sales manager did nothing for me. Finance did not process... paperwork properly. Would not take our calls...had to go into dealership and demand he fix his errors! Caused hidden fees...no disability insurance when i was out of work with COVID it was never faxed yet i paid for it. Finally resolved...do your JOB! I will never purchase another car or KIA again.

    I was an auto tech for 48 years. i'v seen it all ,i'v done it all, i remember most of it ! But one thing i do know is auto repair shops! I drive my optima... for business so its there often for maintenance they have bent over backwards to accommodate me in EVERY way, from greeting to payment and all in between GREAT JOB ,GREAT PEOPLE Thanks to all especially the service advisers HAPPY KIA OWNER AL JACOBY

    STAY AWAY!! DO NOT BUY HERE ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A FEMALE. IT TOOK 23 DAYS TO TELL ME THAT THE DEAL COULD NOT BE FUNDED!!! My experience with this dealer... has been by far the worst of my life. I went in to trade out of a Soul I had purchased there a few years before. As a female I already knew I needed to be extra careful not to be taken advantage of or be intimidated into a deal that would not work for me. After finding the car I wanted and telling them my absolute maximum amount for Down Payment they sent Ray to "convince" me to put down more money, he told me to ask my friends and family for money. He also asked me to put some of the down payment on my credit cards and when I said absolutely NOT he tried staring me down and intimidating me. When that didn't work he went away and they eventually "got" me into another car. After several hours waiting to meet with the finance guy I was sent to Erick (who is apparently the finance manager) I had arrived at the dealer at around 11 am and did not leave until after 6. Erick had me sign a contract on Saturday January 23rd, he began sending me messages to provide additional information on Wednesday January 27th. The next day, the 28th of January, he sent me a message stating I needed to come back to resign documents. I Went back in on Saturday the 30th and signed another contract. I saw he added Road Hazard to my contract which I had already told him I did not want, He stated if I added the road hazard my interest rate would be lower. He continued to communicate with me until February 2nd via text. And then I did not hear from him again. At which point I began receiving messages from the sales rep stating I had to come back in AGAIN. When I sent a text message to Erick asking for clarification he did not reply. I received emails and a letter from Bev Smith Kia congratulating me on my purchase so I thought everything was worked out. Boy was I wrong! I kept receiving communication (combination phone calls and text messages) from the sales rep stating he was told the car would be repossessed. I frantically began calling to figure out what was going on and did not receive ONE call back either from a sales manager or a finance manager. Finally on Monday February 15th, at 9:20 am (23 DAYS LATER!) I received another call from the sales rep stating I had to bring the car back to the dealer or it would be repossessed. After asking again what was going on, Erick the finance manager called me he was rude, condescending and all around nasty, he implied I was trying to keep the car and stated that he would begin to charge a fee per each day I kept the vehicle, I asked him as per their contract for something in writing stating the reason the deal did not go through and that I had to bring the car back. At this point he replied the car had to be back that day! I explained to him that I was nowhere near the dealer and the earliest I could bring the car in was Wednesday to which he agreed, then he turned around and told the sales rep to come get the car! At that point I told the rep to bring my car, money and both my keys. He said would, at around 5 pm I sent a text asking for an ETA, I was told he would head my way after the dealer closed at 8 pm. It is an hour and 1/2 drive to which I stated I would not be available at that time of night. I told him I would be at the dealer the next day around 2:45pm and wanted everything to be ready as I was taking time off from work. I was told to speak with Jesus who is the sales manager. I asked him for an explanation and expressed my frustration and anger at how poorly the entire process was conducted. He somewhat explained what happened to the deal. When he gave me my key back I told him I had turned in 2 keys not one. He was adamant that he logged in only one key. Again I got the stare down trying to get me to blink, I felt that he was attempting to intimidate me as Ray did originally.

    They sell me a car with a broken windshield fresh off the lot and tell me to call my “insurance” and make it my problem when it’s completely theirs and... also I’ve bought a car in 2018 Kia Forte S and the check engine came on and I had to go back. That was also FRESH off the lot drove it for 2 minutes

    Bev Smith Kia had my car 5 weeks and 1 day, when it was returned to me the 3/4 of a tank of gas was gone! Someone must of had fun driving around in my... Stinger! I took my car in because the light told me the tire was low, so they had to put nitrogen in the tire! Then the light would not go off! I would not recommend this dealer to air up a bicycle tire! I will not ever buy another Kia! Definitely over priced with employees that are incompetent! Not a fan!

    Charged $360:00 to replace a wire that a rodent had chewed! The wire was $38.00 I believe. Also over $20.00 in “shop supplies “. We bought our car there.... Bad.

    Ok, this coming Friday, will be 3 weeks they have had my car! Never received a call from management! My confidence with Bev Smith Kia in Fort Pierce is... not good!! I will not ever own another Kia! The competence level of this place is scary! The guy whom I purchased the vehicle called me last Thursday late afternoon, and told me the part is on back order! I can take my car but will have to bring it back! I have decided I am not taking the car until it is right! So I am paying payments and insurance for a vehicle that sits in their lot!! Not a happy person!

    I called the guy, I bought my car from in 2018, told him the light on my dash says my tire pressure is low. He said no problem, bring it over ( last Friday!!)... When I got there he said, it won’t take long! Then he told me they cannot get the tire pressure off the dash! He sent me home by shuttle, assuring me that it should be done soon!! It’s been 1 whole week! REALLY! I cannot believe this BS. I am not a happy customer! I am paying insurance for a car sitting in there lot, and my payment is due next week! I would like a call, telling me what they are gonna do for me! I put a call out to the manager, with no response yet!

    My Kia review I needed an oil change, and a high pressure sales person said let me show you a newer version. The salesman pulled up a couple of vehicles... that were not even equivalent to my Kia. When he said let’s talk inside the sales office, the manager joined in. He told me he had a great deal for me, he would set me up in a lease vehicle, and give me a $3000 check for my fully paid Kia Sorrento. I said to the manager that’s like asking me to give you my fully paid house, and move into a rental. I’m not sure if they thought just because I was a woman, I was also an idiot. Who would give up their fully paid vehicle to go into a lease vehicle for two years, And at the end of the lease you turn it in and you have no vehicle at all? It’s for that reason I would never recommend this dealership, because they would have loved to legally steal my car for me. The service area where you sit and wait for your vehicle is small, and they barely offer you a snack while you’re waiting.Moving forward I wouldn’t even come back for an oil change.
