My Kia review I needed an oil change, and a high pressure sales person said let me show you a newer version. The salesman pulled up a couple of vehicles... that were not even equivalent to my Kia. When he said let’s talk inside the sales office, the manager joined in. He told me he had a great deal for me, he would set me up in a lease vehicle, and give me a $3000 check for my fully paid Kia Sorrento. I said to the manager that’s like asking me to give you my fully paid house, and move into a rental. I’m not sure if they thought just because I was a woman, I was also an idiot. Who would give up their fully paid vehicle to go into a lease vehicle for two years, And at the end of the lease you turn it in and you have no vehicle at all? It’s for that reason I would never recommend this dealership, because they would have loved to legally steal my car for me. The service area where you sit and wait for your vehicle is small, and they barely offer you a snack while you’re waiting.Moving forward I wouldn’t even come back for an oil change.
Terrible dealer. salesman told us it was company policy not to show us the paper work that had the figures on it . They were trying to give us alot less... for the trade and tacking it onto the suv we were going to buy very shady dealership do not trust them at all
I was an auto tech for 48 years. i'v seen it all ,i'v done it all, i remember most of it ! But one thing i do know is auto repair shops! I drive my optima... for business so its there often for maintenance they have bent over backwards to accommodate me in EVERY way, from greeting to payment and all in between GREAT JOB ,GREAT PEOPLE Thanks to all especially the service advisers HAPPY KIA OWNER AL JACOBY
Worst dealership EVER! Do not waste your time with these people. Customer service does NOT come first, quality if not a word they know, and all you hear... is lies from the sales staff. Very incompetent in my opinion. They sent me out driving around for over a week with a tag registered to another vehicle. They do not know how to communicate with customers to keep them in the loop with a purchase. If I could give zero stars I would. Highly unsatisfied with my entire experience and will never go back!
Such a friendly team and very accommodating waiting area and amenities. Had no issues whatsoever and was in my vehicle at the exact time promised. My first... visit I did take advantage of the shuttle service with no issues at all.
I was denied free battery apparently because I was not servicing the care at the dealership (they don't tell you that when you buy the car) I was also... informed that i needed a brake job among other things but I could not afford the quoted price. Upon going to a tire place the next day with regards to a low pressure indicator, the crew there could not find the custom key to remove the lug nuts for my custom wheels. This meant that the dealership did not return the key when they looked at my brakes. The service person I talked to denied losing the key and lied to me saying that they did not remove my tires. So how then could she say my brake pads were are 2/32nds of an inch if the tires were not removed as they are invisible to the eye inside the calipers. Either she is lying about the inspection or about the removal of the tires. when i asked to speak to the the manager she said that she was the manager and I am certain that is a lie also. Her name is Laura. The manager at the tire store asked me if this was KIA in fort pierce and I confirmed. He also has had lousy service there. I had to go purchase a replacement key which cost me $50. Laura did not even give me a chance to ask her to have someone look for the key on the premises since she insisted that my tires were not removed. I will never go there again and will be posting similar reviews on every conceivable website I can think of including Yelp and Google.
Will be back the crew there are great. Five stars all home the way. They always do a great job. And their service is outstanding they do the job right... the first time
My spouse and I went into the Bev smith Kia dealership to look around before deciding to purchase a car, our sales representative Dino talked us into buying... our new vehicle at that location, my husband and I weren’t satisfied with how they gave us are brand new car on with mild scratches on the hood and filled with big red ants and lizards, my husband was furious and demanded them to give us another car, but our sales person said don’t worry they have everything under control and the color I wanted that was the only one, so they said that they would remove the scratches on the hood of the suv and fumigate it which was ok with us, they told us to call on Monday and they’ve been dodging us mind you this is are 4th time buying a brand new car and we have never encountered this problem
We came into contact with Jake @ the Bev Smith Kia location. What can we say- excellent customer service; he determined what the issue was. When our... car repair was completed, he arranged to have the car delivered to us. To Jake & Staff: Keep up the good work! It's reviews like this, that will bring in new customers, & maintain existing ones
Really was amazed with the service department they really go beyond and above of what I have experience in other dealers service departments . keep up... the great work .
