On Saturday of all days, my battery was dead.

On Saturday of all days, my battery was dead. A friend charged my battery enough that I could get to KYAH and I had called coach who is head of the service department who is fantastic and he said bring it right out. Will get it right in there and get it taken care of and that’s exactly what they did. They get it taken care of. I had no problems. He brought the car out. He explained everything to me about not having to use the key to start the car up, but you can always use the key that’s inside the a little chamber and it just worked really good and he just if I ever have a problem and I come up there he always explains things in detail with me and that’s what you have to do with me. Explain it in detail. It was fantastic. I can’t say enough about The service department at Kia Bev Smith Kia. I cannot say enough good words.

Setting up the appointment was super easy and when I got

Setting up the appointment was super easy and when I got there I was greeted right away and treated wonderfully. Received the phone call about the problem and how much it would be. I agreed and the car was finished when they said it would be and I have had no problems since. Thank you!

Customer service was great from begining to end!

Customer service was great from begining to end! While there, I had a chance to sit down and talk with Justin and Kerby on purchasing a new vehicle. I appreciate all the effort and attention they gave me. I test drove the Telluride. We talked numbers and they went out of their way to get me the best deal possible even though I decided to not buy at this time. I can't say how much I appreciated this. I work in sales and understand how tough it can be! Bev Smith Kia will be my place to go when I am ready for a new vehicle. I would reccommend them to anyone.
