Joey and August are fantastic

I had a great experience working with Joey the salesman and August the finance guy. They were both very helpful. I went into the whole process very anxious and they were able to help me calm down and get a vehicle that I love. I appreciate how they made it work and gave me all sorts of options. Thanks so much

BEST Dealership and Salesman in Miami Valley

I went to Jeff Schmitt Chevrolet to see the best salesman in the land, Joe Freeman. My brother and I have bought several cars from Joe at Jeff Schmitt. I was in the market to upgrade what I had with my 2018 Chevy Equinox. I first went on their web site to see what was available. With the situation the way it currently is, new car stock is quite low. I called Joe previous to my visit and he told me what was available for a 2022 Chevy Equinox. I saw a 2022 Silver Ice Metallic Equinox and he told me that was available. I went on Wednesday, 25 May and test drove it. Joe was as always, very attentive to my questions and made me feel at ease. Going to car dealers in the past have never been one of the most enjoyable times, but at Jeff Schmitt and having Joe helping, he walked me though the process as he had done in the past. I wouldn't even consider any other dealership or salesman than Joe for a new car purchase. Joe has your best interests in mind at all times. He showed me, without any hesitation the new safety features on the car and also paired my cell for me. I also want to give a shout-out to Paul Cade, the Finance Rep who made that process smooth and stress free. Joe and Paul are an asset to Jeff Schmitt and should get Top Honors for Customer Service!

Above and Beyond

I tried several other car dealers in the Dayton area that either sell me a car and charge an arm and a leg on monthly payments or wouldn't sell me one because I was from a different state. Then I found Jeff Schmitt car dealer and they nearly broke their backs helping me get the car I wanted. They were in constant contact, checking to make sure everything was great. I couldn't fault them in any way in fact I would boost that anyone needing a car should check them out.

Schmitt Chevrolet South better than Voss

Went to Jeff Schmitt South after having work done at Voss where I normally purchase/repair my previous Chevrolet vehicles. Why do you ask did I not go back to Voss. I took my Chev. in for a squeaky steering wheel and they said there were two other things that should be repaired. Thought since they had the vehicle in the shop I OKed the additional repairs. When I went to pick it up the bill was higher than I expected, and I asked for a discount and the "customer service person" checked and was told "that price is what GM allows for each of those services and there will be no discount. I checked back again and was told the service manager would not allow a coupon or other discount. They lost my business, and I went to Jeff Schmitt Chevrolet South and was treated extremely well for the purchase, upkeep, and the purchase of the leased SUV. It was further from my home in Centerville, OH but the service was much better, and I will return to them for additional purchases and repair of my SUV.

Best sight Unseen Purchase Ever! Ask for Drew!

My Salesman was Drew. I bought a car unseen from him. This was the most. Honest salesman I have ever had. I h as be bought many cars. We developed a rapore and honesty off the bat. He told me what was right and wrong with my.vehicle. I needed him to be my eyes. He did exactly that. I applied for financing and secured the vehicle off his recommendation. He did not disappoint. Brian was my.finance officer. His process toom 15 minutes electronically. I will definitely buy for. Here again. But as seeing I got a 4Runner in mint condition.that may be a while
