Went to dealership to test drive an Impala and wound up buying one. The Consultant Jonathan Miller was very courteous and helpful and we purchased our new Car. It just took a few hours. Pleasant experience and everyone was very helpful.

Wanted to trade in our traverse for a used vehicle so we could lower our monthly payments. Worked with Tim Gray who was very friendly,helpful,knowledgeable and patient with us and our 2 small children. Felt Tim was very fair, we felt he gave us the best deal possible. Would work with Mr. Gray again and recommend other customers request his services. Thanks for giving the kids balloons, was fabulous until child let go of balloon and had a meltdown the entire way home....so much for enjoying a nice quiet drive home!!!!

Pat was very friendly, did his job well, however when came to talk money they didn't seem to want to give us fair trade value. They did however come down pretty good on purchase price of used purchase. We are happy overall, just wish we didn't feel negative about giving our car away for them to make 5 grand on! Secondly we seemed to be there for about 4 hours trying to get purchase & paperwork achieved. That was a bit too long w/ 2 young children. Yes we would recommend Jeff Schmidt to friends & family. This was the best car buying experience my husband and I have ever had! We got a great deal on our minivan, better than any price we found elsewhere. We felt that our requests were met with no resistence and we were delighted at how quickly we were in and out of the dealership.

I needed to find a car quickhy and I went to Jeff Schmitt in Miamisburg. Our Sales person was Jackie and she was very helpful in answering any questions, explained eveything about the vehicle and covered anything that we needed to know. We were very inpressed with her. We decided to proceed and we bought a 2012 Equinox which I absolutely love. During the whole process there from her, to the manager and financing everyone was very professional, answered all questions and wonderful to deal with. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

The dealership had a user friendly website that helped my search for a used pickup and a good selection of choices. Comparing the asking price with Kelley Bluebook numbers they were asking a fair price.
