Mike Carlisle is a fantastic guy and excellent salesman to work with. That being said.... Sales managers are rude, Service is HORRENDOUS. My Certified preowned car had something wrong with it and once I brought it in they went to fix it and broke part of the car. Didn't tell me until I walked in to pick it up. Then I was told they would call the next day, never called, I had to call. Told me it would be ready at 4. Got there, not ready. Finally ready but an item wasn't done. Had to take it back. Get it back again, but they didn't check their work and something else didn't work. Had to take it back again. Spoke to sales about their selling procedures, was told the definition of pre-owned and also told that they aren't responsible for what happens the second I drive it off the lot, mind you its CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED. Terrible experience and as a result multiple people I work with and know will never be going back here for anything. ever.

Wonderful extremely helpful great pricing. Jack was my salesperson great at explaining all the bells and whistles that came with the car. Even offered to come to Maine and pick me up so I could have the car. Everyone I dealt with from the first steps onto the lot to the signing of the papers made it an easy and helpful experience. My son is even considering purchasing his next Yukon XL from the same dealership. Would highly recommend them.

It was a pleasure dealing with both the management staff and Zach (salesperson). He was very detailed when going over the vehicle options. He was pleasant to deal with and I was very please with both the price of the vehicle and the overall experience at quirk Buick GMC.
