Main reason for my visit was a faulty smart cruise

Main reason for my visit was a faulty smart cruise control. My KIA was regularly failing to detecr leading car and keep distance. I ran in a few dangerous situations because of it. There is likely a bad radar. I provided a video from the road to a dealirship and left a car for 3 days. They returned it unfixed and never called with any questions. Claimed that they never noticed the problem. Oh boy, I experience it on every ride! Just changed oil and performed state inspection. Ignorant people.

After dealing with several people from the dealership

After dealing with several people from the dealership texting me, I gave them my VIN number for my trade in as well as the payoff amount. Once they had that information, they knew full well that they wouldn't be able to get me into the car that I was looking at. Yet, they still asked that I remove that credit freeze on my reports to check my credit. They said that they would be able to help and scheduled an appointment. When I arrived, they brought the disgusting undetailed car out and then proceeded to tell me that there was no way to get me approved without a very large down payment. A total waste of my time and now I have a hard inquiry on my credit reports that will stay on for years. I think they get bored and like to jerk around people for their own amusement. Stay far away from this dealership.

Buyer Beware

Be choosey when selecting a dealership to purchase your next vehicle. This dealership is charging above the MSRP. I was able to get a lower than MSRP deal from another local dealer.

They are very good liars.

They are very good liars. They list a Kia stinger for 43600 on their website but when you negotiate, the price goods up to over 46000, they try to rip you off on the trade in as well. They dont like to sell cars for cash and call you names and lie to you on the phone and emails. Be extremely careful of buying a car there.

I think it very GREEDY to ask for additional profi

Found the kia that we wanted on your website. Ask for the details about it and have them make up buyers order for the vehicles that I wanted to get then they marked it up about $7,000 more than MSRP and I told them to go put it where the sun does not shine

Thieves

Went to this dealership to purchase a Kia Seltos. The salesman came out and we told him the car we wanted to look at. He ignored us and rambled on about chicken wings and how they cost so much. I am not making this up. It became pretty apparent he didn't want to sell us a car. Then he mentioned a $5000 seller premium fee and all cars on the lot and that all dealers are charging these fees. No other dealer we had spoken to was charging these fees. We left and will never purchase a vehicle from these crooks. We have since purchased a new Tucson from Bowser. (no fees added)

Went here with my brother this weekend ready to buy a

Went here with my brother this weekend ready to buy a car. They were charging $5000 over sticker price for “shortage fees”. What?!? So an already overpriced $32,000 car was going to be $37,000. Went down the street to Hyundai where everyone was nicer from the start and no extra fees were being charged. 10/10 would not recommend century 3 kia. He left super happy with a new car from #1 Cochran.
