Brett was fast and hospitable the moment I entered the front of the dealership. Within minutes of discussing what I was interested in Brett had multiple keys in his hand and walked me over to the lot to show me what was a possible mach to what I wanted. Afte rasking me about what I did for a living Brett sugested a hatchback in the model I was interested, that I wasnt even aware was available. Paper work was something I and my wife Lisa were dreading, but Ian in the finance department in a freindly and streamlined manner moved thru the paperwork in a snap; While still clearly explaining everything as we went. I and Lisa my wife were very pleased with our experience and will be back in the future for our next automobile purchase. Thanks again!

As a recent college graduate, I was nervous and skeptical about leasing my first car. After my grandmother referred me to #1 Cochran I knew I was going to be taken care of. From the moment my dad and I came in the first day, to when my mom, grandma, and I left the second day with a new car, we were treated to an incredibly friendly atmosphere and accomodating staff. Brett and Rob were welcoming, relatable, and took the time to make sure I was getting the car at the price I needed. Even through some stumbles with my insurance company, Brett kept his cool and made sure we knew what was going on. He even sat and conversed with my mom and grandma for about an hour while I filled out the paperwork. I would definitely recommend #1 Cochran to any of my family and friends who are looking for a great buying/leasing experience.

I liked the 'no pressure' approach; knowledgeable, professional, and very easy to work with. After looking at many makes & models I came back to the first model that I first looked at with Rob which was a Sonata. When I finally made my decision Brett was very helpful making the whole experience worthwhile. It's nice to know that you have someone like Brett working there.

Bob Pacella as a salesman was a refreshing change from that of a typical High Pressure car salesman. His style of interacting with potential clients along with his "Total Knowledge" of the product and sales process made the purchasing experience a pleasure. As a side note Bob has left me with a Very Favorable Opinion of #1 Cochran. Repeat business will be a serious consideration in the future Thanks Bob!
