Gage and jerry went above and beyond with my service.

Gage and jerry went above and beyond with my service. I brung my car in for a initial inspection and the shop promptly told me everything that needed to get done. They ordered the parts went through my warranty company and even got me a rental vehicle. I will be coming from Ohio from here on out Defenitley worth the drive to deal with a excellent dealership.

They were very rude. They damaged my windshield. I had to pay three dollars for windshield. They first told me the car was going in for an ABS recall then after they got it there was only an airbag recall get the brake lights on the car is 19 years old it’s 2006. The whole underneath is rusted so somebody can put on a hoist but yet I have 2002 Subaru outback 2001 for Mustang 1999 Ford F150 I have Camaro 91 and 92s and none of them are arrested out that doesn’t say very much for infinity and when I called him about it, they said there’s nothing we can do

Then when I tried to call them to see if it was done, they kept hanging up on me. I had to call the lady that makes the appointment to even get anything about my car and I took it to one dealership and without even sending to me, they took it somewhere else and I need to pick it up there.

The wisdom and knowledge of my concerns and answers

The wisdom and knowledge of my concerns and answers offered by Jerry I was blow away of the video made by the tech showing me the wear left on my tires giving me peace of mind I was not going to be taken advantage of. I shared the video with my nephew Peter Rusin DTSM for Nissan. Thank you again I no longer hate going to get my car serviced, I feel confident I will not be taken advantage of. Thank you.
