When I found out I was pregnant I knew I needed to upgrade my Sudan for an SUV and Jamie Grayson with was the one to help me out. He went above and beyond and I’m happy to say I will be a mommy in style with my Cadillac XT4 I am very happy with my experience with both Jaime and #1 Cochran

Took my car in to get oil changed and tires rotated to

Took my car in to get oil changed and tires rotated to only have my doors out of wack which was not like that when I took it. They denied they did anything to it. Lies. Will never return again.

I have pictures of underneath my vehicle that shows where the car was not put on the lift properly and it slipped. Check you camera in the shop. The car was damaged there. Our insurance company will be in contact.

OVERHEATING ISSUES

Took my vehicle in for overheating issues. I was told it was my thermostat and i was charged $750.00. I picked up my vehicle and 45 minutes later my temp gauge was almost at the top (still badly overheating) and now i cant reach anyone from the service department. I want the problem fixed, hopefully this does'nt have to turn into a legal issue.

Sorry !

Sorry ! I ever walk into this place. Lease a new truck ( all to happy to make the deal.) and did not get the 1 i wanted. They owed me a tonnear cover per contract. Took 3 weeks to get it in made appointment to get it installed spent 2 hours to find out it was the wrong part and to reorder waited 3 weeks part came in made an appointment they spent 6 hours installing it completely wrong!!! talk to sales man he said he would take care of it 3 weeks go by maid another call again he said he would get right on it now another 3 weeks without any word. Guess i need to do it myself. SORRY ! I every walked into this place Sales, service and parts what a real piece of work.

In the past Cochran's service has been very good.

In the past Cochran's service has been very good. My recent purchase experience though gives me some pause to purchase from them again. The entire process was strictly transactional. The salespeople were always rushed when speaking with them over the phone and neither the salesperson or sales manager thanked me for my purchase. I was very surprised by this this as this was the 4th vehicle I purchased from them. They have a huge selection of vehicles which is the primary reason why I'd still recommend them. But be forewarned.
