Lee Plimpton

I have to say that I've heard good and bad about Cochran Monroeville over the years but, I must say Lee Plimpton changed all that. He was very attentive toward me even remembering my girlfriends name when we came back 2 days later after we spoke for only 5 minutes. Lee is a good salesman and was able to get me into the car I wanted and had it ready for me when I arrived to pick it up. Thanks again Lee for all your help and excellent customer service. The best car buying experience by far.......

I had the pleasure of dealing with Tim Wills. He was kind and caring of what my needs and wants were in buying a 2015 Yukon. Tim made buying a vehicle a breeze. Diana Cochran-Tatters

Everyone at #1 Cochran was very attentive to my needs. I made my appointment the evening prior and was able to get a reasonable time for the next day. The work asked for was completed in a timely manner. I also did not need to pay anything since the service was part of my new GMC package.

I was received well and in a very timely manner. They changed my oil and the attendant was very courteous. I was done in less than 1 hour.

Auto Butler

I waited while my car was looked at by Auto Butler. The service took less than an hour, and waiting in such a nice facility was actually a pleasure. The coffee was excellent and I was able to sit at a table and read. I would recommend this dealership for Auto Butler service, especially if you have to wait. My car was returned to me looking like new.
