friendly and quick

Scheduling my appointment ,easy. Checking in, easy. There was people ahead of me who's vehicle were being taken care of already, had to wait a little bit but nothing extreme. They have an inside and an outside waiting area, They offer you coffee or water, tv in the inside waiting area. All in all a pleasant experience.

David the service associate is super nice and helpful. Not trying to sell things we don't need. Just properly qualifying us on what's most important. Love him

Great Services,

Your team in the service dept David and Jason really changed our mind about the old "never take your car to a dealership to get repaired they will rip you off" type of thinking. We came in ready to do a full matinence on our car but after David came up with a plan of attack we were able to save our self some money and only do what was necessery. The mechanics were quick and extremely efficent. They have made believers out of us. Taking your car to the dealership is the way to go!

Nice and clean place.

The sales person Jose Sanchez was very polite he explain all our questions and most off all he did not give us pressure , that's why we decide to buy the car ,off course we had a great deal. I am very happy with mi sportage, it's more than what I was looking for.thank you very much.,!!!!

Great service

I enjoyed the hospitality when going to all star kia. We were helped by Daniel Ponce and he was excellent. He was very helpful and provided us with drinks and food. We were extremely thankful for his help and enjoyed our experience with him.

Great service. No high pressure sales.

The most important factor was that there was no high pressure sales. The salesman was very nice and helpful without making me feel that he was trying to talk me into something.

The dealership and sales staff are awesome!

I liked the idea that I could contact my credit union and have all of the paper work done through them. Also, the staff at Allstar Kia were courteous, patient, and very helpful in assisting us in finding the Kia that we wanted. Further, there was a great selection of vehicles and that made our decision easier because we could see the different models. There was never any pressure by the sales staff and that made us feel very comfortable in working with them and when we are ready we will be back!
