We recently purchased a 2026 Kia Carnival Hybrid from Kirby Kia of Ventura and loved how helpful and honest they were. We worked with Guillermo and Samantha. I had called different dealerships to just get realistic quotes and was very impressed with how honest and clear their quotes are. We ended up going with this dealer as well because they were so helpful with all the details- they were fair with what they offered us for the vehicle we wanted to trade in, we didn’t want to drive 2 hours away to go to their dealer so they offered to deliver our car for a fee. Rudy, who delivered our car was very helpful when we were signing papers. David from Finance was also very clear as he went through the paperwork with me over the phone the day before the car was delivered. Overall, we are very pleased with the service, the honesty, and the care that was put into us buying our new family car! Thank you so much for all your help! 10/10 recommend this dealership over others 🥰

I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Kirby Kia. I shopped around at 5–6 different dealers, told each of them exactly what I wanted, and asked for everything to be prepped so I could get in and out quickly. Kirby is the one that truly delivered. Deanna (sales) and David Kim (finance) made the whole process absolutely seamless. They secured the exact specs I wanted and gave me the best pricing—saving me from having to drive 3+ hours to chase a deal elsewhere. When I arrived, everything was ready to go. I signed the paperwork and was driving away in my new car in an hour. It was an AMAZING experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

On Friday, May 9th, my daughter and I visited the dealership and ended up leasing a new vehicle (the Kia K4) after trading in our 2016 Kia Optima. Sales Consultant Trevor Payne was very helpful, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make the experience as smooth as possible. The service we received from Finance Manager David Kim was outstanding as well and made dealing with all the paperwork effortless. It is such a cliche to say that a business treats you like family, but honestly the staff at Kirby Kia of Ventura really do just that. I have never felt like just another customer. After two years of researching the perfect car for our

After two years of researching the perfect car for our family, my husband and I finally made the leap and purchased a 2025 Kia Sportage Plug-In Hybrid Prestige — and we couldn’t be happier! We had originally test driven the car at another dealership, but the experience there was terrible. We felt extremely pressured, and they even tried to charge us $7,000 over MSRP. Determined to find a better option, we researched other dealerships and found Kirby Kia of Ventura. I submitted a quote request online and was contacted the very same day by Deanna. She gave us a no-nonsense, fair offer — no pressure, no games — and we instantly knew this was the dealership we wanted to work with. Deanna went above and beyond to help us, even while she was out of town. She connected us with Guillermo, who met us at the dealership to finalize everything. Even though we were in a bit of a rush, Guillermo took the time to explain every feature of the car and offered to be available if we had any future questions — which really made us feel taken care of. When we decided to finance the car, we were introduced to David Kim. Knowing I had to get back to work quickly, he had all the paperwork ready and made the process smooth and stress-free. He was an absolute joy to work with. Incredibly, the next day I had to undergo surgery, and David even arranged for someone to come to our home to complete a few final documents — something I never would have expected from a dealership. I have never been treated so well by so many people in the auto industry. Kirby Kia of Ventura has earned lifelong customers in us. We can’t recommend them enough!

Lars was awesome.

Lars was awesome. He answered my questions and never pressured me to purchase. I knew what car I wanted when I went in and there was no upselling. He really helped me get a good trade in and made my payments affordable. He is very knowledgeable on his subarus!

had my car for 33 days under warranty work. Poor communication ! Forgot or just didnt put rivets back on so my Husband fixed it. Service not good at returning phone calls. I received 2 phone calls back from them in a month.
