I absolutely love this dealership. Nick Schulz did a phenomenal job taking care of us and guiding us through our entire car buying experience. Everyone at the dealership was incredibly helpful, informative, and friendly. I'm so glad we came to Valley Kia and from now on this will be the only place we buy cars from!

Service with a Smile :)

Frank and Danny took care of me. Danny checked me in quickly by listening to what I needed. By offering the recommended services as well as required, I felt better informed. Frank greeted me personally when I showed up and already knew why I was there. Upon completion of the vehicle, there was no waiting for my vehicle to be driven up. Frank completed paperwork and I was walked to my vehicle all in less than 5 min. All of this service was done with smiles on their faces initially. But now on mine as well.

Always great service

I've been taking my vehicle to Valley Kia for servicing since I purchased it. I always have a pleasant experience. Frank is great. He is always friendly and courteous.

Horrible

The manager at valley Kia was extremely rude and dishonest he didn’t want to even try to get me approved or even work with me he was very cocky and acted like I was stupid to both me and my father. I wouldn’t recommend valley Kia to anyone I know unless they wanted to be disrespected and treated rudely. The sad thing is valley Kia is only 5 miles from my house but I drove 30 miles to a dealership that wanted to help me in every which way possible to get me approved. I don’t recommend Valley Kia but I do recommend Perris Valley Kia even if you live farther from Perris Valley Kia I say take the trip because they are ready to give you a great deal like they gave me.

Worst Dealership EVER!

Do not ever buy a car from these people! They are why car salesmen get a bad rap for being slime xxxxx! I have bought a number of cars in my life and NEVER had such a ridiculous and painful experience! My sister and I were buying my elderly father a new car. I called the dealership and explained I had one week (while he was here visiting) to make it all happen amidst all my busy mom duties of work, kids school activities, sports so on. The sales rep provided me his cell phone and said he would take care of me. We text over the next few days where he sent pictures and prices of cars. I explained that I can’t get in there, let’s agree on a car and I will jet in there sign the paperwork and call it a day. We found the perfect car and agreed upon a life (IN WRITING), I told him I had one hour in-between dropping one child off and needing to pick up the other, just have everything ready for me and I will come in and sign. Upon arrival, NOTHING was ready- I sat there for an hour ONLY to find out, they would not honor the deal they had agreed to. They dramatically increased the price, refused to acknowledge the text I had with the price and picture of the car they had agreed to. They could have cared less that they wasted my time, that my dad was leaving the following day without a car he desperately needed and that they had literally lied! I called the following day to speak to the owner about my experience, never got a call back. I then went back in and asked to speak to the owner about my experience and was told “The owner doesn’t talk to customers, that is why he has managers.” WOW! The manager then told me “he would make me a great deal if I don’t go on social media and tell my story.” After waiting another HOUR he comes to me with this “deal” and just before I look at signing the paperwork, he disclosed it is actually considered a used car but it really isn’t very “used”. So you wasted ANOTHER hour plus of my life trying to sell me a “new” car that was really a “used” car. Truly unbelievable. I ended up going through the Costco Auto Program (with another dealership) and got everything I needed for my father at a great price. I WILL NEVER EVER use this dealership and I would NEVER recommend them. Seriously the worst experience ever!

Sales day was great - downhill after that

Sales was ok. We were not told that a spare tire was not included at time of sale! (It's extra - we would have purchased one if we had at least KNOWN! Spending time in with the Finance person was several HOURS! Really? No mention of a spare tire purchase in all that time??) Angry when I had a flat tire and no spare and that is how I found out there was no spare!! Hard to get appts. for service on weekend then told they don't offer loaner cars if we needed to bring in our Niro for anything under warranty and leave it for any length of time! Never, ever had this issue with Toyota and for that reason we won't ever buy another Kia or recommend this dealership to anyone. It's too bad because we love our car, went there on a rainy day, had a great sales experience but everything has been negative since!! Sorry Valley Kia - that is no way to win customers for life. :(

New Car

I?m Glad I went to Kia . At first I was hesitant because I didn?t have very good credit. I?ve been to dealer with the promise they could get me into a car. But Kia Got me approve for a car when I was upside down on my car, and got a 2018 Kia Optima.thanks Kia

Extremely positive helpful team. They were very nice and worked "magic" to help me drive away in a beautiful Kia Optima. I'm so grateful I went. Jacob, Danny, and Jasmine really came through. Thank You so Much!
