The staff was courteous, professional, and respectful. They went out of their way to provide a clean and safe environment to wait for the car to be serviced. As always,they explained the service and returned my car cleaner than when it came in.

Bait and switch- bait gone and then theres smoke
They do not stand behind sales promises. They are rude and all about themselves. Will not negotiate price from retail sticker. Big egos for small fish. I'm buying online and forget the sales chump.

Bob is doing a great job as service manager. He had my oil change and tire rotation done in around half hour. That was great as I had a lot to do that day.

Best service EVER.
We bought our car from the KIA dealership in the next city over. However, its 45 minutes away, but Holly KIA welcomed us for service on our Forte. I have to say, the service staff is top notch. Rick is probably one of the best managers for any business I have come across. Friendly, personal, and outgoing. Even the mechanics are polite and kind. I will be continuing to express my gratitude to Holly KIA by recommending them to everyone who is looking for a new car. I've already sent 5 different people their way just because of how great the service team is. They've been giving me massive deals on service, and even detailed my wife's car while it was in for service for free. Going to Holly KIA is NOT a mistake. Its the best thing you can do if you are looking for a solid running car and a solid service team that will take care of you and your vehicle.

Great job from Denise Moen and financing office!
Denise was perfect with her process of putting my wife and I into a new car. She was thorough, and went above and beyond to help make the process easy. The manager in financing was also very informative with answering my questions and pointing us in the right direction with certain issues. And by the way folks..thanks for the Reese cups! I was very stressed when I walked in and handing me my favorite candy really helped!
