Had the check engine light come on my vehicle during a busy chaotic week. SK and the guys at Dublin Infiniti got my ride in on short notice. Found the problem, got it fixed and put me back on the road way sooner than I had expected. They were friendly, fast and did a great job keeping me informed of what was going on so that I could plan the rest of my day accordingly.

Horrible service from my service advisor I've reported by
Horrible service from my service advisor I've reported by poor and/ or lack of service. I was lied to, given the run around and paid for a half tank of gasoline at California rates for a tech to drive my vehicle to his home and back. Yet, could not tell me why my gas warning light or gas gauge was not warning me that gas was low. Was told that leader cars were not available, which was a lie. These are just a few of the horrible service I received from my service advisor.

First time at Dunblin Infiniti and I sure will be back. SK, guy that helped me was perfect! Had me in and out with no problems. Even got a free car wash! He was very friendly and took care of my car. Will be back for sure! Thanks again!

Their sales team will lie to make the sale.
Their sales team will lie to make the sale. We did a lease purchase and just before we were closing they told us we MUST buy "excess wear and tear" for $1500. It clearly states in the contract that this is optional. Also, sales team made us purchase a $1500 autobutler service that we kept saying no to - I was told we would get vouchers that we can use. But we go none, when we called they said yah, you just get 2 autobutler service per year included. Beware of what the sales team tells you. We were in a rush to pick up kids so ended up giving in after spending almost 4-5 hrs at the dealership.
