The sales people are not Truth FULL

They tell you that certified Kia have 10 warranty,when you get in to fiance will cost you 1,800 . dollars for warranty You call they say Jeff is out but he never calls back ., (finace manger ) Worst experience had buying car never again NO PYE DEALERSHIPS FOR ME ////////////////////////////////////

New GM, fantastic buying experience

I've never bought a car from a dealership because they've always been so pushy and rude and even made me cry once. I looked for a car from an individual for about a month and found one, but the owner backed out. I was hesitant to even step into a dealership, but I saw this car on their website and had to at least drive through their parking lot. I got out to look at it and was left alone for about 10 minutes before Johnny Garth came out to talk, and then we took a test drive. At no point did I feel pressured. They even dropped the price for me. I met the new GM Johnny (sorry can't remember his name) and was allowed to drive the car to Crossville the next day to my credit Union with no deposit or anything. Came back, spent about 15 minutes organizing paperwork while they DETAILED it for me. Very satisfied with the staff. Everyone from top to bottom was very nice. I would recommend giving them a chance since it seems former reviewers gave them a 1 star before new management.

Great customer service

We have never had a better experience purchasing a car. Everyone we had contact with was friendly and business like. No one was pushy at all. The staff knew everything about their product and gave us all the information we would need to make the right choices for us. The customer service was great before, during and after our purchase.

worst customer service I have ever experienced

The sales manager is very rude there is no way I will ever go back there. You don't talk to your customers like crap if you want their business. Do not go waste your time with these people

2013 kia optima

The staff was nice during the buying process and the car has been great. After 1st oil change I had to have car towed due to a mistake made by mechanic. After 1st tire rotatation I found a lugnut missing. The dealer said they would detail my car for free to make up for the mistakes but after they "detailed" it I had to take it and have it cleaned because the windows were so bad I couldn't see out, also think they chiped paint while cleaning but not sure. I have placed complaint for a loose fender but they can't seem to find time to look at it. Last week I tried to schedule an oil change and when I asked if it was time to rotate the tires they replied that me nor my car was in their system.

Worst customer service in the business!!!

I will never step back on any Pye dealership property again! The sales associates and GM are not interested in earning your money! It surprising that they are still able to keep the doors open, considering how they treat people!

The GM is a complete Jerk

Would advise everyone to steer clear of this dealership. Joey, the General Manager has no tact in dealing with people and is outright rude. Take your business elsewhere.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! I quit using this dealership a few years ago because of the horrible service department. And, it wasn't just one employee. I dealt with several different service managers over 5 years and they were all horrible. Last month, I needed a diagnostic scan because my transmission was hesitating. You can imagine how scary this would be if you are turning left across traffic. I was told that it would be 6 days before they could perform the diagnostic scan (I went to an independent shop and the gentleman there scanned it in a matter of 10 minutes). When I told him that I felt it was more urgent and that I felt that I was in danger to continue driving without a repair, the service manager and another associate suggest that I park the vehicle until they could get to it...6 days later. I could write volumes about the horrible experiences I had when I used this dealership regularly.

They are very rude, terrible attitudes and proud of it....

They are very rude, terrible attitudes and proud of it. Even though they had my vehicle in there several times, they did not provide the recalls on it that Nissan had sent out. When I called Nissan Customer Care to complain about these people, I was asked if I knew there were 3 recalls (Nissan calls them Campaigns). I did not know because Pye Nissan in Dalton did not tell me. When you have your vehicle in there for maintenaince, they are supposed to routinely check for recalls and take care of it. If you've had your vehicle there recently, call Nissan customer care 800-647-7261 with your vin number and they can to see if your vehicle has any recalls. We did not buy our vehicle at Pye Nissan and I never would. I guess they miss the point that good customer service makes the customer want to do business with them.

This man has always been extremely rude! I called to talk to Dean who is the actual service mgr. Scott answered the phone and basically told me he/they/Pye DIDN'T want my business!!! I not only bought my car there, but have spent thousands of dollars in repair bills on used Nissans over the past 30 plus years! Pye was once a great dealership they that is NO longer the case!!!! Don't waste your time or money at PYE!
