I’m a performing songwriter who is on the road a lot.

I’m a performing songwriter who is on the road a lot. I recently had some trouble with my Kia Sorento while en route to Austin. I limped in to Dennis Eakin Kia hoping for some help. I had a show later that same evening, you see. Willard, in the service department, was exceedingly helpful in getting my car in, diagnosed and fixed, and I was back in the road with time to spare. I highly recommend Dennis Eakin Kia - I’d give ‘em 6 stars if I could!

I was apprehensive because of trauma from other

I was apprehensive because of trauma from other dealerships. And my salesman Jeff made sure I was taken care of. The entire experience from the beginning, thru finance with Mario was easy, and awesome. I never felt like I wasn’t aware, or pressured to do anything I didn’t want to do. And I LOVE my new 2024 Kia K5! Go see these guys!

Great experience

Excellent work preformed by a friendly staff. Clean facilities and free internet. Staff is very knowledgeable and happy to assist. Parts department is well staffed and has regularly used items on stock

Highly recommend

Our service advisor, Chris, clearly communicated everything that needed to be done. Dealership also provided a convenient clean waiting area with complimentary snacks. Highly recommend

Overall felt great about my purchase

I liked my sales representative Caitlin who was not very aggressive like most sales representatives that have dealt with in the past when buying a vehicle. She made me felt comfortable on the car buying process with a great car demonstration and deals I would have by what package I could buy to fit me. Overall, I felt great after my decision was made to buy from Kia in Killeen.

Excellent Service Experience

Had to unexpectedly turn in my new Sorento for an issue that arose from the manufacturer. The problem took an extra day to get fixed, but they kept me updated throughout the repair and provided me with transportation.

No pressure to buy

Worked with Clint. He carefully listened, recommended a couple options and left the decision totally up to me. I wasnt ready the first time visiting but did come back 2 weeks later to make my purchase. Easy process for purchasing with knowledgeable staff!
