We bought our Sorento there this past weekend. Clint was awesome with getting us what we wanted. We were in and out in no time. Easiest time ever buying a car. Everyone was great! Definitely recommend them!

Wonderful experience
From the first communication from the internet department (Larissa, who was so prompt and efficient in her duties I thought she was my sales person, haha), to our sales rep (Lashanda, who was unbelievably FUN and an absolute pleasure to deal with), to the warm welcome and caring demeanor shown by the finance manager (here is where her name fails me, but she exuded confidence and professionalism), my experience was among the best I’ve ever had in my 30 years of buying vehicles. There is a reason we’ve bought two cars at this dealer before, and people like those above are the reason we’ll continue to return and recommend. Refreshing customer service!
Recently purchased a used Kia Soul from another dealership and one item needed attention. I took my vehicle to Dennis Eakins Kia and they handled my needs in a friendly, timely, and professional manner. It can be hard to find quality service sometimes but Billy at Dennis Eakins Kia provided a refreshing experience. I am more apt to return there for regular service and can be confident knowing if I need something completed on my vehicle it will be a pleasant experience.

The service was great
The tech was friendly and attentive. I got the appointment at the last minute and wasn't sure what to expect, but everything was great. Billy really took his time to explain even though it was close to closing time on a Saturday!
