Ashton was spectacular.

Ashton was spectacular. Very knowledgeable, listened well, explained well, engaging, did not promise above what she could deliver. One of the best car service appointments I’ve ever had in my 50 years as a car owner.

I was shopping online for a car they had.

I was shopping online for a car they had. The price listed was $6,000 less than what they were charging. They added $3,000 dollar dealer fee doc fee taxes and miscellaneous fees it came to $6,000 on top of the price which was a fair price. A 25% increase over the price. Who does this. Do they just nail people. They disclosed the add on price after I said I was interested. Then had the gall to tell me they had to add a dealer cost. Well that the only state I have seen that from. It’s bait and switch. I have thought cats in Washington, Oregon, Texas, Minnesota New Mexico, Ohio, North Carolina and Tennessee and nothing as crooked as this. Run away from that dealership.

Patrick in the service department provided outstanding

Patrick in the service department provided outstanding service. I purchased a new Civic hybrid from Johnson Honda back in October. I had an issue with my right rear tire and pulled in without an appointment. Without hesitation, Patrick ordered me a new tire, which was not currently in stock And immediately put me into a loaner car until the new tire arrived. This is an outstanding dealership.

I came in for a recall on May 1.

I came in for a recall on May 1. Having been told by another dealer that the service would take four hours I was prepared for a long wait. But no, the guys at Johnson Honda in Stuart had done plenty of these and promised it would be completed in an hour – and it was. The waiting area was clean, bright, and comfortable. Everyone was super friendly. Overall, an excellent experience.
