Big improvement over last time I was there.

Big improvement over last time I was there. Had my oil changed they were quick efficient and the price was fair.

Had a great experience with Service person Dewey.

Had a great experience with Service person Dewey. He was very knowledgeable about what needed to be fixed on my vehicle and I had a good interaction with him on the phone and very easy to talk to. Johnson Honda has a great service team keep up the good work.

Was messaging with someone and spoke to them on the

Was messaging with someone and spoke to them on the phone. They said the vehicle would be ready for us to see when we arrived. We got there and the person we were supposed to see was double booked. They gave us someone else who took us out to the vehicle which was the completely wrong one and smelled horrible. We asked to look around and see some other cars. We went out to one and he tried to turn it on and it would not start. He swore it was the battery but even with the jumper it was not starting. Then we looked at another vehicle which had dirty napkins and cups in it. Overall the vehicles were dirty, didn’t work, the dealership was run down looking. I am not a fancy person but it grossed me out. Needless to say we left and will not be back.
