Went in for routine service

I was very early for my appointment and they fit me in. Bryan informed me of the scheduled maintenance issues that he suggested and they were minimal and affordable. Happy to know my vehicle is safe & sound.

Marla Allen Internet Sales : IS THE VERY BEST !!!!!!

I live up in Satellite Beach , Florida ( about 1 our 45 mins south ) and the trip to buy from Marla Allen is well worth the ride. I have sent my friends and relatives to her and Marla treats you like family. I bought my new Honda from Marla Allen, no pressure at all. Marla M.O. is , " she is there to help " NOT pressure anyone. Excellent experience and a pleasure to work with Marla.

The service department is very good, the dealership is clean and accomidating to owners waiting to have their car services. The service sales people are friendly and the service shop is very accomidating to the customers needs.

Great Service

Clear,concise, and correct in their service no extra sales push, just great service. Will have some additional work done this Friday as Tires need to be ordered. work was on time and correct.

The best!

To start, when I called to schedule an appointment, the woman who answered the phone was very helpful and didn't talk to me like I was incompetent, which is refreshing! Then, once I arrived for my appointment, everyone was very friendly, and Brian explained everything to me and answered all of my silly questions regarding the service. Also, my car was in and out in no time! I purchased my very first car there and was so impressed with that experience that I will always come back!

Purchase of 2017 Pilot Elite

We where in the market for a new car, to be exact a 2017 Pilot Elite, contacted 3 dealers and received 3 quotes, one of the quotes was out of line and we called the dealer about the issue and they admitted on quoting a different model and they did not have an Elite in stock. The 2nd dealer we called and closer to my residence for a test drive, but in less then 24 hours they don't have the car in stock, probably they did not have the vehicle at all but wanted us to come in to look over they inventory. Finally I called Johnson Honda and arranged a appointment to test drive the vehicle, upon arrival, we where introduced to Jon Laramie, my wife was nervous about me and car sales reps from past experience, but Jon made us feel comfortable, no sale pressure at all, he takes us to the shining clean vehicle that is waiting for us in the front of the dealership. Jon proceeded to explain about all the vehicles features and it is very overwhelming with all the electronics in this vehicle specially for my wife but Jon did an excelled job and then we did our test drive. Again no pressure or rushed us to make a decision. We purchased the vehicle because we researched and had good experience with Honda, also we felt good at the dealership, bright lights in the showroom, no water stain tiles in the ceiling, made us feel good to do business with the dealership. After the sales again Jon was superb on explaining the features of the vehicle and programming her phone, address book, pairing the Bluetooth and on and on, this vehicle is for my wife that does not care much for electronics, Jon made her feel comfortable with the vehicle. We felt very comfortable with all the other supporting cast in this dealership.
