Bill Carone was a partner in the Warsaw Motor Company from 1997 to 2010. In 2010 Bill had an opportunity to open a store in Wallace North Carolina. Bill Carone Chevrolet GMC Buick opened in June of 2010 and has been a successful and integral part of the Wallace community ever since. Bill Carone?s success can be attributed largely in part to his generosity within the community his staff and his attention to customer service. No adjustment on head lights

Bought my 2016 2500 duramax in for oil change and head light adjustment shop said I have no adjustment on head lights and I would have to lower it down to fix the problem! It a factory truck nothing done to it, Chevrolet in Wilmington no said they would love to have me as a new customer and they could fix my little problem. Guess the extra drive will pay for it self in the long run.

I called the service department at Bill Carone Motors, where I purchased my vehicle, needing to have my car checked out because I had some trouble with it while I was out of town the previous day. I was told to bring it in that same day. It was checked out, the problem was found, solved, & I was back in the drivers seat in no time at all. The staff in the service department is very friendly, helpful, & a pleasure to do business with. I plan to continue to use Bill Carone Motors for all my service needs.

He helped with purchase,any recalls,and service.He will pick my vehicle up at my home,see that the service and/or recall is performed and deliver back to me exactly as he promises. Check my brakes, please.

While visiting my Mom on Mothers Day, I wanted to have my brakes check before driving back home to NY. I called Monday morning and spoke to the owner Mr. Carone (Bill) and he said bring your Buick Lucerne in this morning and we will fit you in. At the customer service desk in Service Dept. I was greeted by Ms. Mott (Tracy). She was very accommodating and was able to expedite my concern to a brilliant mechanic; Kyle who after thorough inspection of my brakes situation suggested a course of action, involving resurfacing of all 4 rotors and I am rather pleased with his work. Job well done and mission accomplished. I drove my family home with a renewed confidence. Thank's to you all. Would deficiently have work done there again.

On-line out-of-state purchase

I told my husband what I wanted in my dream Camaro, he found one with all the options online. We live in Florida, the car was in North Carolina at the Bill Carone Chevrolet Dealer. The Internet Sales Manager, John Cham walked me through the entire process of obtaining the car history, negotiating the price, obtaining financiing, signing the purchase agreement, applying for title and registration. John went out of his way emailing me updates, overnighting documents, answering all of my questions and calling my bank representative directly to facilitate the sale. With John's help I am the proud new owner of a beautiful 2010 Camaro!
