Dodge Challenger

Lisa my coordinator was very helpful. Another gentleman was extremely helpful in detailing my car. The detail shop missed residue tape on the passenger side after the repair. You cannot call because the phone system routes you all over the place and back and forth between Hyundai and dodge. No one but your service coordinator will pick up the phone, so if they are not there or out of the office, you will not get an answer. I had to fix my interior molding myself after repairs were complete.

Serbice rep, Tony L, was exceptionsl as was the excellent service he provided. And, the mechanics detail in providing repair was also appreciated. I am very pleased on the running and operation of my car. It really even sounds better! The svc rep was very clear and detailed when asking questions, and, he even took time out to drive my car. Also noted, the next day i had a svc limo come to my house to dtive me to the facility. Curb svc was unexpected! Thank y'all!

Great service department

I know nothing about trucks and had a check engine light, Dominique walked me through not only what was needed to fix the check engine light, but also discussed the recalls and maintenance schedule.

Poor Customer Service Experience

My experience with the service technician was completely awful. Each encounter he complained that he 'had to leave' or was 'running late' and didn't really have time to address my question(s). He also included an approximately $280.00 repair which I hadn't asked for, nor did he first communicate with me the total cost of repairs prior to beginning work. Lastly, it took two days longer for my vehicle to be repaired than was originally stated by the service technician due to a service repair technician being away for 'training'. As a customer, these are dealership personnel matters which I shouldn't be privy to

Great and speedy service!!

I have a Chevy, went in for an oil change and they had me out in a very timely manner. Customer service was great! Would definitely recommend my advisor.

Brake Service

My brake job went from rear only went frome around $250 to over $600. Every time we go to get service we are leaving paying more then double

Horrible manager

Calvin Neal. Was the worst manager I have encountered. He was rude and acted like he didn’t need our purchase. I was waiting for him as I was told I needed to talk to him and it took nearly an hour before he showed up and night was already setting in.

Needs Work

After attempting to schedule service with this dealership three times, we got there and the service adviser nicely mentioned that there was a $160 diagnosis fee that they will charge you even if they find nothing wrong with your vehicle. (Note: this is not the service adviser's fault. We realize that. He was very nice.) However, we believe this is a terrible policy and the fact that we could not get a service appointment was disconcerning. We were also disappointed to learn that all of the Dodge dealers around us are all specialty type shops. We are used to the convenience of bumper-to-bumper shops. This is an antique method of shop and it shows in their wait times for something as simple as diagnosis. I cannot recommend this or any of our local Dodge dealers.

took my moms car in for a oil change they i thought i was going to pay to help her out jonanthan f in service found a servuce contract we didnt know we had and got a free oil change and rotate thank you !! and keep up the good job i will be coming back and let every know how good the service was
