We spent a lot of money and time with this dealer to be treated like trash! We ordered a Hellcat through this dealer and we expected communication in the least. The salesman, Isaiah, never returned emails or phone calls and he needs a lesson on how to deal with customers, especially women! Even after the sale, we are owed something that the dealer ruined and we were promised they would make it right and can’t get any communication whatsoever. Extremely disappointing!

Thank you Elizabeth for your quick assistance at the service department. I always hate going because everyone acts like they don’t see when I arrive but you instantly took ownership and assisted me. You, Kelyand and another gentleman who looks similar to Keyland always help, even if we did not go with your originally. That is what true customer service is, you actually get out of your seat and assist people. Thank you & I hope you guys do not leave, auto nation doesn’t know what they truly have with y’all

chaos, but controlled by service advisors

Was out of there in less then 15 minutes> It was controlled chaos but the service advisors were on top of their game.

Recall repair

I made an appointment after I was notified that the parts had come in and ready to go. I arrived at the dealership and the service advisor I had been dealing with didn't come in. So, another advisor helped me Anthony Johnson so he's trying to find out what's going on no one knew anything about this. They don't know where the parts are can't find them so after about 2 hours Anthony finally gets ahold of the original service advisor to find out what's going on. Anthony tells me they still can't find the parts so he goes back and looks for them and 5 minutes later he comes out with the parts. He arranged for me a ride home and kept me informed all the way along after he took over. What should have been a 2 hour thing turned into 5 hours. This is the second time in 3 months this has happened to me where my original service who made the appointment for me was not there and no one knew anything about it. Anthony was great though at least when I have to have it serviced again at least I know who to ask for.

Less than Impressed

This is my second vehicle purchased from AutoNation and I would have backed out of my purchase process if it would have been such a good deal. The finance guy was wonderful but the other individuals I dealt with were not listening and I was lied to on numerous occasions.
