Titus-Will Chevrolet - Tacoma

Our experience was outstanding. Jorge Grajeda went above and beyond to assist us in the purchase of our new vehicle as did Vince Villano the finance manager. The entire staff was friendly and did not pressure us. We will definately by going back soon for another vehicle as we have teens starting to drive. All of our friends and colleagues know Titus-Will in parkland is the place to go to purchase new vehicles.

It was a long wait. I waited for two and a half hours. It took an hour to an hour and a half just to get approval for a key replacement, but this was probably due to the warranty company, and not necessarily Titus Will. The associate that helped me was very nice, and I am thankful for that...have been here on several occassions, and this was one of the more pleasant visits besides the wait.

took vehicle in for repair expected to pay about $ 350.00. But was told some of repair was under warranty and there was no charge, Bill was only $72.00. Thanks for such great customer service.

The courtesy driver was so sweet and it is a great service. It helps me fit in my oil changes.
