    The finance manager financed a loan higher than the price we agreed to leaving me holding the bag. I felt lied to and manipulated. I have yet to hear back... from management after addressing the problem.

    Stay away from Chrysler Vehicles. 5 days to diagnose vehicle which took me 3 hours to get fixed privately once I got my vehicle from the dealership after... I was told that it would be covered under warranty. I cannot make it up how bad this place is. Lied too and taken by Turtle Click Chrysler Jeep.

    Where to start? Lots of promises and little follow through. I tried to put a deposit on a Ram Laramie that was in transit and Saed Akhtari the general... sales manager assured me that they don't accept deposits, HOWEVER, I could pre-purchase the truck and upon inspection decline the transaction. So, I met with David in finance and he basically tried every way to convince me to purchase an extended warranty and prepay for service because "these new Rams are a nightmare to service with all the electronics." I declined and paid for the truck which they promised by 1/17/19. Amir Asli called me to let me know that the truck wouldn't be available by the 17th as promised. It worked out as I realized that I would rather have a Limited. I requested that they cancel the sale. They cancelled the sale and asked me to put a stop payment on the checks. One of the checks had already cleared - they didn't hold the checks as promised. So now I am trying to get a $17K refund and they are dragging their feet. They were calling me every day asking if there was a Limited on the lot that would work for me. They wanted to apply the funds that they were holding against a new vehicle, obviously. I told them that I'm not interested, as I have already purchased one from Courtesy Ram. Now = radio silence. Every time I call, they're in a meeting or with a customer. They have not once called me back after leaving several messages. They upside is that I am married to an attorney who can take it from here and I can blitz social media to warn potential customers of their unethical and sleazy ways. Shout-out to the receptionist who has to field these calls from all the unhappy people calling, she's been a delight.

    They are the worst of new and used car dealers . They ar very nice and eager to sell you a car but once the sale is complete they inoe you no mor and tr... at you very busy, very badly . Strongly recommend not to fall in the sharp clutches of their sakes people for their after you will regret it in to many ways to count . I and other people’s ole have suffered horribly at the hands of this people their dissservice dept included . I pray for anybody who falls in their trap. .

    TUTTLE-CLICK, AHMAD SOLEMAN, AND DON PALMER PUT PROFITS BEFORE PEOPLES’ SAFETY. WARNING: I brought my Dodge Ram 1500 in for an oil change and some other... minor work. After my truck had been in their shop for six (6) days and several days of me calling and leaving messages to check the progress, and not hearing back from my service representative Izzy, I physically had to go in and wait nearly a half hour before I was able to retrieve my truck. However, this is just the beginning of what is an ongoing nightmare… Upon driving my truck home, about 10 miles from Tuttle-Click, I heard a strange clicking sound coming from the front of my truck. The next time I drove was to get my kids from school. As I drove away with my kids in tow toward the ice-cream shop prepared to celebrate their first day back, my steering wheel and entire truck started to wobble uncontrollably. I immediately pulled over to inspect the vehicle, to find to my shock that only 2 out of 5 lug nuts were holding my right front wheel on! Of the two remaining lug nuts I was able to spin one of them with my fingers. MY TIRE NEARLY CAME COMPLETELY OFF WHILE I WAS DRIVING MY TWO SMALL CHILDREN! I called Tuttle-Click’s Service Manager, Don Palmer, to inform him of what had happened and he instructed me to bring it in so that he could take a look. Don Palmer called me back later in the day and to my amazement proceeded to feed me the following two (2) fairytales; A: someone tried to steal my rims and was scared off; or B: my tire suddenly came off due to an aftermarket lift installed 8 years ago. Don Palmer insisted that Tuttle-Click was not responsible and refused to repair the damage. Don stated that, although it is standard practice for Tuttle-Click to rotate tires when changing the oil on vehicles, that this time they had not touched my tires. Please keep in mind, that I had not had any issue whatsoever with wobbliness or loose lug nuts prior to bringing it in for work. My wife and I purchased our vehicles and have had them serviced at Tuttle-Click ever since that time. Every time prior to this incident Tuttle-Click has rotated our tires. I find it convenient and suspect that only after reporting the incident was I informed that this time they did not rotate the tires. Outraged I called Tuttle-Click’s General Manager, Ahmad Soleman. Despite our years of customer loyalty and the obvious and clear correlation between the service and the tire nearly falling off, Ahmad also refused to take any responsibility or even offer to repair the damage. I brought my truck in for a standard oil change and to change a headlight. Now, instead of having my truck back with a fresh oil change, I have to eat the bill for having it towed to Tuttle-Click, pay another tow truck to take the truck to another repair shop, and pay a ridiculous amount for another shop to repair the extensive damaged caused by Tuttle-Click. I do not complain without cause and have never left a poor review of any business online, but I feel that if Tuttle-Click, Ahmad Soleman, and Don Palmer are trying to pull this on me (a 35-year-old prior USMC Captain with a Juris Doctorate) they likely take advantage of others. I strongly caution anyone contemplating buying or having service done at Tuttle-Click to reconsider. TUTTLE-CLICK, AHMAD SOLEMAN, AND DON PALMER PUT PROFITS BEFORE PEOPLES’ SAFETY.

If you look at your Repair Order when you dropped off your vehicle, you can verify that a tire rotation was not requested, therefore there would be no reason for the technician to perform one.     This dealer handled our buy back of a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee and while that process was smooth thanks to the fleet department, the purchase of our new... 2015 Grand Cherokee was not. The dealer advertised our special order vehicle for sale at much lower than the sticker price. So I contacted the dealer and asked why and that we would now purchase the vehicle at this price. All seemed well and on December 9, 2015 I went in and confirmed the details of the pricing and financing. All was going great, right price, financing and all. On Saturday December 10, 2015 when my wife and I arrived to sign over our buy back and pick up the new car it all fell apart. The sales manager would not discuss the details of the new vehicle but rather pushed that my buy back be signed over first. After being pushed aside and told to transfer my stuff from the old to the new, we finally signed over the buy back. This was 2 hours after arriving for something I was told the night before would take 1 hour. This is when it really got bad. Once we had no more vehicle, we were told that the deal we discussed the day before was out the door and that the dealer had advertised the car incorrectly. The ad was there the morning we drove to the dealer but was removed by the time we started talking numbers. Then another hit, the financing charges had gone up to 5% for a person with 800+ credit (no lie). So now the price and financing are higher than what was discussed. At this point we wanted to leave, but couldn't because our car now belonged to the dealer. No one could come pick us up and the dealer would not provide transport. To further aggravate things, when we asked the sales manager if he could find a different bank, the response was, "you go find a bank on your own and comeback." Being stuck in this situation now, we tried to get a bank but had no luck on a Saturday morning. Now 4 hours later and filled with the most frustration I have had since being in combat, and my wife much the same, we had to agree and buy the car at a price higher than advertised, and discussed the week prior to our arrival. We traveled over an hour to this dealer for this to happen to us. BE WARNED, THIS DEALER IS NOT A GOOD DEALER. We called the general manager and left messages for a month before finally making contact with him, and to this day (two weeks after a promised call back) we still have no call back. One more thing, the new vehicle also came the a due bill, or promise to apply something to my car. In this case it was the roof rails from my old car to my new car, two months later and they still have not done this, and now Chrysler has possession of the old vehicle and I will never have my promised roof rails. I will stop here on this review, but just know that the service department also lied and failed to perform repairs on my vehicle the week after we bought it. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE OR USE THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT.
