This facility does an excellent job pleasing the customer. They offer free detailing and free brake replacements for the cars you are interested in and will offer to do anything else you may need in order to make your buying experience a happy one. The employees are very nice and welcoming and will work with you to make sure you get a good monthly price and the car will be in your possession within hours if you want. I would highly recommend this facility not only for their outstanding employees but also for their great cars and great prices.

The staff was very friendly and easy to get along with. They made it easy for me to get my mechanic to inspect the car. They made the buying process very relaxed.

I knew I would find a car that would fit my needs as soon as i entered the building . Crown autos showed great customer service , the two receptionist in the front presented themselves right away and helped me find what I was looking for . I got to test drive the car right then and there and I bought it that day . I couldn't be more happier with the car I purchased . It is in good condition and runs perfectly ! Couldn't have made a better purchase anywhere else ! I recommend this car lot to anyone looking to buy a good used or new car !

I went in, interested in purchasing a Subaru STI that day. I was never taken seriously and was told to leave my contact info and the "person who knows that car best" would be back in 30 minutes to call me. I emailed and called after a day of nobody contacting me and they have failed to return those inquires. This place lacks customer service and sales support.

For several I have been looking for a nice Cadillac like I drove as a teen. 1984 Cadillac pooped up at Crown Auto. I and my wife went looked at it on a Saturday. We were meet by sales staff almost at closing time. I told him I wanted to look at it and I will be looking at several others. A few days later we went back the car was there. I met with Eddy we agreed on a price. The car was ready on Tuesday. I have enjoyed driving the Caddy around and turning people's and hearing " great car".

Crown Autos has an amazing staff that will do what they can to put you in the car you want. The staff is really friendly and welcome you into the dealership, Eddie brings in some amazing cars for a great price and will sit with you and work deals. I recomend this place for anyone looking for a great car!

Very happy with the car I bought had problems at first mechanically which they took care of quickly at there own expense. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a nice used vehicle. The area i believe that improvement is needed is communication is where they lack. A little bit more time spent improving in customer service could really set this dealership apart from other used car dealerships. My son will soon need a car and chances are even tho i believe they need to improve on customer service its likely i will buy from them again they will do what it takes to make you happy in the end thank you crown autos for my nice used car i can rely on. 02/2015

This car lot seems to have a great positive/negative review ratio and for good reason. I live in Ohio but I traveled to Crown Autos to look at and eventually purchase a 07 Impreza WRX. Being from out of town I was not familiar with the area but the people at Crown made me feel really comfortable from the moment I stepped on the lot. I really enjoyed the way the negotiations for the car went as they did not try to pressure me into buying the vehicle at any point in the process. I also thought they were very honest and up front about the vehicle and I definitely did not sense any deception. They may be a smaller lot but the vehicles they have on their lot are quality.This was my first experience buying a car on my own and i am really happy i chose to go to Crown Autos. I dont know how anyone could have a bad experience on this lot because I surely didn't as I am going to recommend this lot to my friends and family.

I bought a 2005 Mercedes C and it was a rough experience due to my credit but they got me approved. I would recommend anyone to buy from Crown Autos.
