VERY HAPPY WITH THE SALES STAFF. I FEEL THEY WENT BEYOUND THEIR DUTIES IN HELPING ME FIND THE SUV FOR ME. PRICES WERE VERY FAIR. TOOK THE TIME TO HELP ME. SERVICE WAS GREAT.HANDLED some SMALL iSSUES WELL.

MY HUSBAND AND I PURCHASED A SAAB AT GAUGHAN AUTO STORE ABOUT MONTHS AGO . WE WERE TREATED VERY WELL. SALES STAFF WAS VERY HELPFULL WITH OUR PURCHASE. WE WOULD GO BACK THEIR FOR ANOTHER CAR.THEY TOOK THE TIME TO HELP US. THEY LET US LOOK AROUND AND DRIVE A FEW MODELS.

outstanding sales and service team

The sales team at Gaughans exceeded my expectations while shopping there for a used vehicle. They went above and beyond to find the perfect truck for me and at an affordable price. Their service department, although not needed much, is fast and very thorough. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a used vehicle to stop in. They will bend over backwards to get you exactly what you want, at a price you can afford!

Great place!

I have purchased four cars for myself, wife, son and daughter in the past two years. I have had nothing less than exceptional customer service and am extremely happy with all of my purchases. They made the financing quick and easy. I purchased an extended warranty with each car knowing full well that I was buying a used car and nobody has a crystal ball to know if it'll break down. Thankfully, I have not had one single issue with any of the four cars. I will buy all of my cars here in the future and will make sure my family and friends give them the business in stead of some franchise place.

DO not go here

I was shopping for a 2008 Chevy Truck and I called the dealer and spoke with the sales man. He was very nice and wanted to help me in any way he could. I asked him on Thursday about the truck and then I asked him about GWR for the truck and towing a camper. My 1st issue was he said "Well you can Google that" Now being very well aware of the internet I know I can but I was looking for that exact trucks info and also was interested in 1/2 ton vs 3/4 ton rears and info I could use to do more research. I was not really upset just put back how a sales man would not want to answer questions My 2nd issue was the dealer is over an hour away and I wanted to come test drive the truck (Seriously wanted this truck) he was Yes come up and we will do it. I called Saturday Morning to confirm it was there and I was told "This truck is not running right" but I have another BLAH BLAH BLAH truck for sale. I told him well get it fixed and let me know because I wanted that model and color off cars.com. I was then told it was not a good fit for my needs. As a very educated consomer who was doing his home work I felt put off again that one the "Used" car tricks were in place but also that he was telling me what I do not want. Trust me I KNOW what i want in my next new truck. So Please do not use these people I can not judge the whole place by one person but they are so small "His words" that is is in charge. BUYER BEWARE!

great to deal with

I have new friends there. Treat me like I was one of them let me test muliple vehicles and found one that fit my budget and my family I won't buy from another dealer now

avoid them

Got a truck with a bad gas gauge and they gave me a run around AFTER i purchased the chevy truck and pritty much said tuff luck good buy!!
