Do not recommend

Do not recommend company. I understand I bought a used vehicle (2014 VW Beetle with roughly 69k miles) that was in "amazing condition" I was told after they do their thorough inspection before sale. Within 500 miles (really I believe it was 300) I had to put $3000 into repairs including replacing worn winter tires (not disclosed) with sidewall damage; radiator issue, and multiple red flags with the bearings etc that out repair shop couldn't believe was disclosed or caught. Still experiencing issues and Volkswagen dealership suggested 4k in repairs stating this vehicle has heavy wear and was in need of drastic maintenance/repair before sale. Negligence as far as I am concerned. I wish I could givek zero stars. Stay away from this business.

Bite the head off the snake.

want my money back NOW!!!TODAY!!! I bought a 2013 chewy Cruz with every feature but a BACK UP CAMERA. On March 7th of 2022, March 11th or so I notice the check engine light, which directs my attention too NO INSPECTION STICKER! I TAKE IT BACK THEY RESET THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT and give me a inspection stick with the excuse they ran out and forgot to tell me. And if it comes on again they have an idea of what it could be. Week later the check engine light comes on and a weird noise starts. Take it back gahaunahan resets the check engine telling me it's a loose spark plug, but a totaled barring on the front passage side(why where not all four barrings changed, they where put in at the same time). On around March 20th or so(I have the printed screen shots of all phone call to and from gaunahan.) I rook it back again for the same 229 turbo under bust computer error as the first time. From April 4 to May 7 I was in the hospital for blood press concerns. A friend started the Cruz for ten minutes each week. He has his own car and bike. He didn't use my car. On about May 14 the check engine light came on again I called and was told that they are to backed up. Have I mentioned I bought the full gaunahan warranty, yet. Cus I did! It's July 21th I only drove the car for 700 miles. With the pride of their personal ckmpany guarantee of a warranty. Two weeks later or so I dropped of the car I bought from them again. That they can't fix, but put their name on. Now it's been eight weeks no improvement, but adding $5000.00 worth of part to the car I bought from them they can't fix but I to pay for.

Buyers beware!

Purchased online and Sold me an absolute lemon. 10k in damages and have owner barely 2 months and less than a thousand miles. Please do yourself a favor and headaches and stay away from this dealership

Great experience, we are happy campers!

Very happy with our experience at Gaughn’s. My granddaughter and I dealt with Ryan, who was very knowledgeable and helpful with our situation. He also had a lot of patience with us! The other personnel were very friendly too. They had a lot to choose from, the facility was clean and well organized. Highly recommend this dealership!

Once you purchase the car they wont back up the warranty...

Once you purchase the car they wont back up the warranty on it. Had a broken gas gauge and they refused to fix it after i had it a few days.

Horrible Experience

I dont even know where to start. Truck I overpaid for has had problems since day one. Four wheel drive not working, gas leaks, coolant leaks, check engine light ,ABS light . Not to mention incorrect milage listed and screws missing from the odometer. It took them about a month to figure out the four-wheel drive . The truck should be under warranty because it was in the shop most of the time I had it but they do not want to take care of anything . You can't even get ahold of the owner shows how much he cares about his business . Wish I did my research beforehand . Never Again .

No response after email

After sending an email request about a purchase with trade from the cars.com website, I received no response from the dealership about my request. There were no returned email or phone calls by the dealership.

Good customer service

Very pleasant people, and helpful. They let me test drive right away and got the process going. Good prices. I like my new used Toyota Rav 4. Definitely recommend this place.
