I was sold a car for $15,000 and was told that it needed a catalytic converter and that they would fix it prior to the purchase. I was unaware that IWD put an aftermarket (generic) part in the car that did not adequately fix the issue. IWD agreed to replace it a second time, but after having the car for over 22 days in their garage, they replaced it with another substandard part that failed again within a few days. At this point they stopped communicating and responding, which forced me to have the car repaired somewhere else at the cost of $2,500. In addition, the car needed several other repairs that “passed” IWD’s inspection. So far I have had to put $8,000 in repairs into this car within the first month for it to be safe and reliable. I am not sure how they continue to do business in this manner. Please check the BBB complaints/reviews for an informed decision before purchasing a car from here. In addition know that their standards for quality are very low and will fix a car just enough to get it out the door and then it is your problem. Lastly, if you do buy a car from them, take it to an independent trustworthy garage for an inspection prior to signing a purchase agreement.

I was sold a car it had a bad motor and I believe they knew it. After 2 days the check engine light came on I had it checked and #4 cylinder showed carbon and water in cylinder. Took it to iwd they checked it and said it's ok. 3 days later light came on again.on Thursday 4/10 I called service manager he said let me think how to get it up here I'll call you back. On the 17 I called him I ask had he thought about it he gave me some lame excuses and said I hoped it would run long. I have know spent 3400.00 on a car i haven't had a month. They are sneaky and try every thing stall Patrick the service manager is useless and no help at all. I have bought 4 cars had to put engines in 2 of them there will never be another. Get a copy of the car fax they showed me one quickly but kept it I did not get a copy
