Excellent experience at Troncalli.

Excellent experience at Troncalli. This was the 3rd Subaru I've bought from them. Robert is wonderful and took good care of me again!! Big thanks to everyone.

It was a good buying experience at Troncolli. We went there on a recommendation from our neighbor. We got a fair deal. The buying and pickup process was fairly quick.

I had a great experience with the entire sales experience

I had a great experience with the entire sales experience with Troncalli Subaru. I contacted them through their site and Greg Pryor helped us through every phase of the sale. Troncalli had the car I was looking for and Greg was very responsive and helpful in the sale. I appreciated working with Aaron in finance as well. The follow up support with Greg and Asher has been nothing short of excellent. We are first time Subaru owners and happy we made the decision to buy from Troncalli Subaru!

You'd think a Subaru dealer tech could perform a basic

You'd think a Subaru dealer tech could perform a basic service properly - but apparently not this one. After specifically pointing out the coolant overflow bottle was empty after the last service (on a 2021 Outback XT with 30k that was serviced exclusively at this dealer), they still didn't top it off. Before leaving my wife checked it & went back into the service advisor to tell them - they took the car back again but it's still empty. Absolutely ridiculous! They also unplugged her dashcam & left it that way - did the same thing on the last service for my 2024 Outback Wilderness there too. And nope, they didn't check the coolant level on that one either. Once could be a fluke, this is a pattern & it's not incompetence - it's deliberate. The service advisor had an attitude when she pointed out the empty coolant overflow & asked that they make sure it was service when arriving, and didn't come get her when it was ready - another service advisor handled it 30 minutes after the car was actually finished. That was deliberate too. I'm a long term Subaru owner - in the last 20 years we've purchased 6. I've never seen service this poor, management needs to clean house there.

I purchased a 2023 Forrester Wilderness for my wife from

I purchased a 2023 Forrester Wilderness for my wife from this dealership a while back. It was the car of her dreams. The smile on her face when we left the dealership was worth every cent that I paid for the car. She has taken care of this car as if it was her very first vehicle. About three months ago, she took the car to the dealership for a routine oil change. Upon her return home, she noticed a strange noise coming from the driver seat. At first, I attributed the noise to the normal breaking in of a new seat. However, after a few days, the noise became much more pronounced. She returned the car to the dealership to investigate the problem. After a couple of days of keeping the car, she received a call indicating that the problem was solved. That turned out to be a lie. On her drive back home, the noise was still there. She returned the car for the second time. This time, they kept the car for nearly a week. They assured us that the problem was really solved this time, yet another lie. The car has been at the dealership for the third time. This is day 10 and still no resolution. I have written to both the general manger and the service department about this issue, all in vain. They have not even had the courtesy to contact me. The service department is useless.

The service department is useless. They do not know how to do anything beyond what the computer tells them. When I took in a vehicle from 2007 they were unable to help because it was not an issue that could be diagnosed with a computer. Even after telling them to please Google it like I had they would not do it and charged me $200 to get my vehicle back. I used YouTUbe and fixed in 10 minutes.

My wife purchased a new (2024) Subaru Outback Limited and

My wife purchased a new (2024) Subaru Outback Limited and she loves it!! The many safety and comfort features that it has are amazing, the car is very attractive, it is enjoyable to drive (i.e., it handles well and is fun to drive). The sales representative, Greg Pryor, was excellent. We both highly recommend the Subaru Outback and Greg. We considered BMW, Lexus and many other car brands and this car was hands down the best and a much better value. The 1.9% no-money down loan was also a good deal.

I brought my Crosstrek in for routine oil change service

I brought my Crosstrek in for routine oil change service and check over on Monday. We used the express service. Trevor took great care of my car. We got out in less tan an hour. Good service.
