    Purchased a 2017 Forester before Christmas. We really appreciated Charlie getting right back to us when, so promptly, when we inquired through the Costco buying program. I believe Charlie was in some training and Stephanie showed us the vehicles and did the test drive with us. Her patience and wealth of information when it came to helping us figure out which Subaru model would work best was great ! I really came in thinking the Outback would fit my needs the best, but glad I settled on the Forester. Stephanie spent a number of hours with us and after I drove four vehicles, I believe I made the best choice for me and we purchased a 2017 Forester. Charlie did the vehicle check out and went over it with me, w/patience and a lot of knowledge. Jeff and I have purchased many vehicles over the years; Stephanie and Charlie made it an extremely pleasant experience (which is a rare statement that I could make in our car shopping/buying experiences in the past).

    Just bought a 2017 Subaru Outback from these guys! We started shopping on the web since we are 2 hrs from them. Their web sales people are terrific! Stephanie patiently answered all of our questions and Charlie followed up on the dealership floor. In many years of trading cars, this was our most positive experience! We drove out with exactly what we wanted and a great " deal". Charlie went over all the technology in the car before we got on the road so we felt as though we had driven this car for years.

    Hello, Bob Cichocki was great to work with. I just purchased a new Subaru Forester and Bob was tremendously helpful. Like many customers today, I had done a lot of online research before making my purchase - Consumer Reports, car magazine articles, etc. I had narrowed down my choice to a Forester by the time I visited Troncalli, but I had some questions about some of the options that were available. In particular, I was interested in learning more about some of the newer safety features. Bob was very patient and spent a lot of time showing me how the new safety features work. We also test drove 3 or 4 vehicles so he could demonstrate the features. Bob helped me find the vehicle that was perfect for us. Casey Cash in the business office helped me with the financing and registration docs and he was also very friendly and knowledgeable. Also, the Troncalli dealership has a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. Overall, this was an excellent buying experience for me and we love our new Subaru!

    Buying our car was great and when we only needed oil changes the service dept also was great but now we need a warranty repair done they are terrible. It's taken almost 3 months to get an appointment to get the repair. I've called and was told we'll call you back and never hear back. Finally I got the service manager who seemed annoyed about me wanting the car repaired but made the appointment for me to bring it in and said he would get us a loaner while the car was being repaired. When I called before leaving to make sure there was a loaner available for us I was told they were all out. Now we'll be without a car for a week or so. I thought this dealership was different from most of the others but it turns out they are all the same. Although I would still recommend them to buy a car I would strongly recommend finding another dealer for service if you need a repair

I wasn't able to get the Subaru that I went to get, but Bob was patient and relentless in looking to find me one that I could acquire. I was very impressed with the Troncalli Subaru dealership. Everyone was extremely helpful. I am glad that I have become a member of the Subaru family.

    My recent purchase of a new Crosstrek was very satisfying. I am deaf and the sales person worked diligently with me and the sales manager to get the price I wanted to pay. Stephanie Culver took me by hand (figuratively) and worked with my handicap to make me happy with my purchase. This is the second car we purchased at this dealer and for my money the only one to trust and make you feel comfortable..I went from online chat to test drive to purchase with no pressure what so ever and constantly in the loop of what was happening. Great sales crew. My service experience was second to none with my previous purchase of a 2015 Forester. Total dealer package of helpful folks working for you.

    Ok let's start from the beginning. I took my car here, seemed like nice people, I told them it was leaking oil, they said they would look at it the following week, I week came and past with no call, so I called them, they told me they had tried to contact me, even though I had not received any calls, but assured me if I gave them the ok, it would be ready for pickup within two weeks. They were $800 high on the bid compared to another mechanic I priced it with, but I was in a hurry to get my car back, pluss it was already at troncalli, so I was willing to pay that. Two weeks later I hadn't heard back from them, I gave them a call, and was told they would call me back, two days later they didn't call back, so I called them again, I was told the same thing, they would call me back, two days later a guy called me and said he would make it top priority, the engine was apart, should be ready for pick up the next day, a Friday, well a week later I still hadn't received a call, so I called them again, he told me the exact same thing! A week with no progress for a top priority??!!!! I told him I expected I discount for the inconvenience of waiting over a month for a job they said wouldn't take two weeks to complete, the guy on the phone was very understanding, and said they would definitely work with me on price, the next day(Saturday) I got a call saying it was ready for pickup, but I was working late, I told him I probably wouldn't make it till Monday, he said no problem, it would be waiting for me. as I expected I didn't make it there till Monday afternoon, an hr after telling him I was there to pickup my car(I was the only customer) he finally had the bill ready, he brought my car around and it was filthy! When I say filthy I mean you couldn't even tell what color it was! The guy said he would wash it, but it had taken him well over a month to do a two week job, I had already been waiting for an hr for him to tell me how much it was going to cost, and I was still waiting, I didn't want to find out how long it took them to clean a car, so I told him I had to go, and i didn't have time to wait around any longer, he finally told me how much it was, and it was hundreds more then I had been quoted with no more work then the original! I told him this and that it had taken forever, he didn't care, and I'm pretty sure no one working there does. I'd sooner light my car on fire then take it back there.

The technician working on your vehicle did require an emergency personal leave from work causing a 2 day delay which pushed the actual repair time towards the full three weeks of the initial estimate. We apologize for any inconveniences.

    I was very satisfied with my experience at Troncalli Subaru and with my sales rep, Bob, not because of something he did but because of all the things he did not do. All the typical "tricks", and sleazy crap you expect from car dealers was not something I had to deal with when I went to Troncalli and dealt with "Subaru Bob" Cichoki. He didn't feed me lines or try the old draw-four-squares on the paper and try to change the subject when I mentioned final price. None of the old tricks, none of the BS, none of the gimmicks. Not only was Bob friendly and helpful but he was knowledgeable about the car and was able to express that knowledge in a way that was not pushy or arrogant. He gave me a lot of useful information pertinent to what I was looking for and made me feel like he was interested in helping me find the car I wanted, and not pushing a car HE wanted to sell. Troncalli Subaru is over an hour away from me and I would go back to buy another Subaru if I was in the market for another one. Bob found the perfect balance of being a good salesman, but not pushy, not annoying, and most of all not a stereotypical car salesman. He seems to genuinely good at his job and I would have no reservations recommending him or Troncalli Subaru to anyone looking to buy a new car.
